C20 Chapter 20

"Okay thank you....you dint have to though I know your busy with work."

"Dont worry Wang li can handle everything when am away....plus ive never taken a day off since i joined Wei group....How about this for the next two days ill go and cover as much as possible so that we can be free after."

"Sure husband." Jia reluctantly agreed seeing that he was excited plus he could use a break he worked so hard that at times Jia could wake up in the middle of the night to find him sitting on the sofa with a laptop working.

Wei Sihan smiled happily hearing the name husband...it sounded so sweet coming from her mouth. He couldn't help himself but kiss her lips.

For the next few days Wei Sihan slept in the office.....He worked till midnight then woke up early just to finish his work before the vacation..... Just thinking about the vacation and spending more time with his little wifey made him happy and motivated....He wanted to cover as much as possible.

"Come in." Wei Sihan spoke after hearing someone knock on the door..."President.... Madam's press conference will start at 3:00pm....here are the documents and the evidence pointing to Madam's younger sister what should we do with it?"

"Give the madam....she'll know what to do....You can leave I still have work to do."

Wang li bowed respectfully then walked out. Wei Sihan had nothing to worry about he knew Jia li better than anyone else....she was always ready....he'll just wait for the time and watch the show.

"Xiaobai the press conference will start at 3:00pm pick me up early."

"Okay boss."

Jia looked at the mirror then smiled cunningly...it's pay back time.

She had ignored the comments for two days and had not yet clarified the matter....which made Jiang Yan so happy that was all she wanted....To let Jiang Yan enjoy her moment then hit her a thousand times while at her peak.

She went to the closet after taking a bath picked up a blue off-shoulder dress then paired it with white sneakers.

She applied a little makeup then went downstairs. After eating a light lunch she sat on the sofa thinking about calling Wei Sihan. She had missed him...She had become accustomed to sleeping next to him and seeing him but for the past two days he rarely came home....he would text her each time to remind her about skipping meals.

She thought for a while then decided to pay him a visit after the conference. She changed her mind then called Lu san instead.

"Lets meet at xing hotel in an hour."

"okay"

They press conference will be at the xing hotel which is under the Wei group all thanks to Wei Sihan. She refused at first but after he told her that....he would not be there to protect her and that was the only way he could guarantee her protection she reluctantly agreed.

Xiaobai arrived after twenty minutes....they both went out and Jinhai drove them to the hotel. Jia was so calm that no one could guess what was on her mind....when she stepped down she saw Wang li at the door waiting for her.

"Madam." He bowed. Jia nodded her head in acknowledgement. "Lets talk inside." Jia spoke....Wang pushed the door open to let Jia in then walked in after her...they went to the second floor Wang li had booked a private room for Jia before the press meeting.

They walked in then Wang Li spoke after seeing Jia sit down. He stretched his hand towards Jia then handed her the documents..."Madam....the President had me look into the matter those are all the evidence pointing to Madam's younger sister... President said that if i hand you the documents you would know what to do about it."

"Thank you...you can leave... Everyone knows that you are Wei Sihan's personal assistant it wont look good if they see you with me."

" I understand madam."

He opened the door then walked out....he met with Lu San as he was coming out of the main door...they looked at each other in suprise..."What brings Wei Sihan's personal assistant here?" Lu San mocked Wang li...."I could ask Mr Lu the same....What brings Mr Lu here.....?" Wang li looked at him then smirked.

"I din't know Mr Wang's other jobs apart from being President Wei's assistant is to know my personal affairs." Lu San folded his arms then looked back at him seriously.

"Of course not why would i bother myself with Mr Lu's personal life.....Im just abit curious if Mr Lu is here for lunch...I would not trust Mr Lu near the President's wife after all we all know Mr Lu's habit....lurching around women."

"You....how dare you." Lu San stammered angrily.

"I'll take my leave...see you soon Mr Lu." Wang li walked away in satisfaction having won the argument. A few meters away he pocked his tongue out then winked at Lu San childishly annoying him so much.

Hmphhhh....those two are so annoying....cant they not annoy him even for a second...he silently spoke cursing Wei Sihan and Wang li.

"Am downstairs." Lu San sent Jia a text.

"Second floor room 2014." She quickly replied back.

"okay....give me a few minutes ill be there." Jia read the text then kept her phone aside. She read the document handed to her by Wang li.....Indeed Wei Sihan's subordinates are extremely professional even just a mere report is so detailed.

She was extremely satisfied with the report....lets see what you will do dear sister....she had gone through all length to torture Jia but forgot one tiny detail. She was the King's wife the most powerful man in the country with a flick of his finger the entire economy would be in great trouble yet Jiang Yan dared to mess with her in the end.

"Boss what do you really intend to do?" Xiaobai asked worriedly seeing Jia so calm about everything.

"Dont worry be ready to watch a good show later on." Jia replied with a smile.

Seeing Jia's smile... something clicked her mind...Jia had a comeback...She heaved a sigh of relief hearing that.
