C35 Chapter 35

"Mum what should we do now?"

"We'll just have to go to the country house for a few days when your father's temper has cooled down we will go beg him to allow us back to the house."

"I have a banquet tomorrow night what should I do?" Jiang Yan asked helplessly.

"Use the amount you have for now we cant spend recklessly lest it anger your father more dont cause any more troubles."

"We are here.." One of the maids spoke interrupting their conversation. They walked into the house which looked extremely clean and well taken care of.

"Madam and Miss we will take our leave now." They bowed then turned to walk away.

"What do you mean take your leave who will do the cleaning,the cooking and the rest of the housework." Fen hua asked.

"Plus we've not had dinner yet."

"President Xia informed us that we are not to do any of the duties here our work was to bring you here safely also President said that you will have to do all the grocery shopping yourselves...you can use this credit card for grocery shopping."

"What do you mean?"

They turned around then started walking away...."Wait where are you going to?" Fen Hua ran then stopped infront of them.

"Also the President said the card has only five thousand dollars it should be used for grocery buying only if you misuse the amount you will be responsible for your own actions."

They bowed then went to the car then drove away leaving Fen Hua and Jiang Yan frustrated.

Fen Hua took out her phone then dialed Xia Ren's number...

"You've gone to far Xia Ren....how dare you treat me and your daughter like this....do you have even the slightest conscious with you."

"Am hanging up am tired."

Beeeeeeeep he hanged up the call. Fen Hua threw the phone angrily.

"See what you've done...all you do is cause trouble now we have to pay the price for your actions cant you be more mature and think things through before you act what kind of daughter did I get." She yelled at Jiang Yan angrily.

"Mum its not my fault its Jia's fault she.."

"Shut up this is what lead us here you could have begged your father for forgiveness yet you still can't accept your mistakes."

"Mum are you defending Jia."

"Shut up..... tomorrow you will apologize to Jia and to your father sincerely."

"I wont this is all her fault why should I apologize mmh." Jiang Yan folded her arms.

Fen Hua sighed silently then went to her room she had really spoilt her younger daughter. She was used to her extravagant life looking at the room she looked pitiful. She was one of the most respected women in the B category...The B category consisted of the middle rich people while the A category consisted of the powerful and richest people like Wei Sihan.

"Come in." Wei Sihan spoke coldly.

"Master K the DNA report." Zichen spoke handing Wei Sihan a brown envelope.

Wei Sihan quickly took it then opened the documents after reading he looked up then said..."Any news about Xia Ren and Fen Hua?"

"Not yet Master....they are still investigating it happened a long time so gathering information will take abit of time."

"Hurry up." He waved up his hand then Zichen left his office room....he thought for a while then took out his tiny phone from the drawer then called Jia.

"Wifey...I have important something to tell you when I come back."

"When are you coming back?"

"Missed me?"

"Mmmmh."

"Next week if possible."

"Okay."

"How is grandpa treating you?"

Jia looked at grandpa Wei seated at the dinning table waiting for dinner patiently.... Immediately she arrived she saw him standing at the door stretching his head to see if she had arrived then ran towards her happily.

Jia then decided to cook dinner seeing his happy expression he was in love with her cooking and had a great appetite ever since she cooked so he was always looking forward to her meals.

"Okay....he seems to have a great appetite ever since he ate my food."

"Ooh really....he better behave since I'll snatch you back immediately am back."

"You wish."

"Its been only two weeks yet you are already defending him."

"Are you jealous?"

"Of course."

"Can't I?"

"Master K something happened." Zichen walked into the room then spoke loudly he looked at the icy Master K then pleaded.

"Sorry please go on." Then hurriedly shut the door.

"Its okay just do your work." Jia spoke reluctantly which Wei Sihan sensed it.

"Mmh..take care of yourself."

"okay bye."

She hanged up the call then kept her phone away thinking of what Wei Sihan had to tell her.

After an hour she had finished cooking....She went to the dining room leaving the maids to serve the food.

"We will go to Zivri designs the day after tomorrow is that okay?" Old Master Wei spoke immediately Jia sat down.

"Yeah.."

"Are your designs ready?"

"They will be ready by then.."

"okay."

"Grandpa try this." Jia spoke handing him a drum stick...He took a bite then looked at her the corner of his lips curving upwards..

"Mmh its really delicious."

"Have more." Jia served him more food.

After dinner, Jia went upstairs took a bath then drew some sketches till midnight since the next day she had a banquet which would start in the evening so she had the opportunity to sleep in.

"Old Master....The young Miss will be going to a banquet tomorrow I heard her say that should I call the make up team and stylist tomorrow?" The butler spoke looking at Old Master Wei.

"Yes do that." He replied watching his drama.

"The boss has been acting weird lately." Zichen spoke.

"How?" Echo asked curiously.

"I just heard him flirt."

"Whaaat..."

"Now that I think of it I heard the boss got married that's why he is trying to finish his work as soon as possible." Nikita replied.

"You mean the icy boss has a woman." Zichen spoke.

"Unbelievable." Echo replied back.

"Haven't you idiots noticed how chatty the boss is ever since he came back to the base."

"Ooh yeah..."

"Zichen do you remember the other time we were looking at Queen Lili's post....the boss actually asked for the phone." Echo spoke excitedly.

"Ask the boss to let us meet our lady boss..."

"Yeah Zichen your closer to the boss." Echo added.

"Do you have a death wish." Zichen spoke sternly.

"You still have the time to gossip?" Wei Sihan walked into the room.

Echo,Zichen and Nikita all stood up nervously.

"No boss." They replied at once.

"What has happened?" He spoke looking at Zichen.
