C5 Chapter 5

"As expected of the wife that I, Lu Jianxu, have waded across the world waiting for." He tapped the tip of her small nose, taking in her expression of displeasure at his actions.

"Don't talk nonsense, I'm busy." His words reminded her of the hundreds of millions of dollars they had shared, the part she had least wanted to talk about.

"I'm sorry to have met you for the first time. I'm sorry to leave such an unpleasant impression on you." He picked up the bullshit and apologized for the monkey's impatience.

"I've already forgotten. Don't mention the past anymore." There was no point in apologizing. Time had passed, and he had become her husband. She could only slowly let it go and accept the inevitable relationship between them.

"To make up for the mistakes I couldn't help but make for you, I'll try to be a good husband and reverse the damage done by the bad demonstration." Hopefully, the impatience with which he had just met had not left behind any unmitigated aftereffects, so he could not afford to lose his future happiness.

"It doesn't matter whether my impression of you is good or bad." No matter how capable a woman was, when she was curious about the desires of men and women, he would destroy everything. How could she have a good impression of him? As long as he didn't become a beast again, and didn't force himself on her, she would rejoice.

"You are the other half of my life in the future, how can that be unimportant!" His virgin wife had decided to treat him, her husband, as if he were invisible. If it weren't for official reasons, she probably wouldn't even look at him.

"From the day you decided to leave, you are no longer qualified to say that." Annoyed, she turned her head away. He never knew how much damage his actions had done to her, but everything had changed, and she didn't want to ruin her life, she just wanted to stay in the water and live her own life.

"If I hadn't left, we might have been divorced by now." He deliberately turned to her, grinning at her unwillingness to look at his face.

"We don't have to get married." She hated to cover his squinting eyes with her hands, no longer allowing his burning eyes to distract her from her thoughts. Why marry her if she wasn't optimistic about the future?

"I was forced to do this five years ago, and now I'm willing to marry you. Which one of them do you think will make you happy?" He took her small hand and, like a naughty child, pressed the weight of his body forward through a succession of fingers and took her in his arms.

"I'm no longer a little girl. Don't say anything nice to coax me." She wanted to break free from his steel-like arms, but she couldn't move him at all. The inborn difference between men and women made her feel small. She could call out to him in the company and be respected by everyone, but it didn't change the fact that she was a woman.

"I know that." In his mind, he recalled the scene from when he had first met her, which had caused his blood to boil. If it wasn't for the fact that he had been tempted by her impressive figure, he wouldn't have needed to think of a way to make her accept him.

"Let me go." He gave her a tough, manly feeling when he hugged her muscular body. The masculine aura that surrounded his breath made her think back to what had happened that day. This body, which had once touched her most intimately, reminded her of the time when she had been frightened out of her wits, and now his omnipresent masculinity made her heart beat uncontrollably and quicken a little.

"Do you want to know what would have happened to us that day if Grandma hadn't barged in?" He rested his face on her shoulder, turned to her sensitive little ear, and once again began to speak of his evil heart.

"Nothing happened that day." His unexpected appearance had frightened her. Her mind had been a mess, she could not remember the details, she could only remember that her damaged heart was filled with fear.

"The best part hasn't started yet, so of course you haven't memorized a hundred million. How about we immediately continue with the unfinished Zhou Gonggong ceremony? I can guarantee that you'll never forget it for the rest of your life." He clasped his hands around his small waist and said.

"Pervert, don't change the topic." Taking advantage of his moment of carelessness, she seized the opportunity to struggle free, escaping his iron grip and fleeing far away.

"I wouldn't dare." He raised his hands to act innocent. The way he looked at her was like he wanted to swallow her whole.
