C21 Confused

"You know Shara, I notice that your medications run out quickly. Don't you only take medication once a day?"

I stopped washing the dishes and thought about what Mama had said. I thought they wouldn't notice it. I never told them that I would get tired quickly and run out of breath. I sense that something's wrong with me but I just kept it as a secret.
