He dropped his sword and knelt down, his expression full of pain and agony. The room erupted in burdened murmurs, the noise growing as everybody attempted to find out what was happening.

“What’s happening?” Rose asked, standing close to me.

“I don’t know,” I answered, my heart pounding with fear.
