C14 Fight

But Maverick smirked and replied, “Oh no, lady. I am not going to fight you. I would never fight a girl. Somebody else will fight with you. A woman for woman.”

Emma smirked and landed on the ground. She then said, “Alright, then bring it on.”

Maverick motioned with his fingers and one of the guards motioned with his eyes and a lady appeared fully covered in pantyhose and shirt.

Her face covered with the mask and her eyes showed no emotions. They were cold as ice. Emma saw her and felt some chills run down her spine.

Her eyes showed how strong she was, even before they started fighting. So, Emma was aware not to take her opponent lightly. She felt rage in her opponent's eyes and was ready to take the challenge.

Then they both stood face to face and took their positions. When Maverick then announced, “Let the battle begin.”

Both the girls started fighting. Audrey, who was standing opposite to Emma, took the liberty and extended her fist to punch Emma right to her face. But to her dismay she missed her aim, instead Emma hit her right on her face.

Audrey was quite shocked because it's the first time ever somebody managed to dodge her attack and attacked her instead. She immediately recovered from her shock and started fighting back.

Both had an intense fight going on. Both were powerful and well-trained. Both were outstanding Kongo fighters and so the fight was getting intense yet interesting.

While Nick sitting on his throne like chair was enjoying the view in front of him. He was quite impressed by Emma's fighting style. It was as if he actually wanted Emma to win.

He knew Audrey's capabilities, but a woman who can actually give tough time to Audrey was new and exciting to his eyes. He was enjoying the fight happening in front of his eyes.

While Emma and Audrey both were punching kicks on each other's faces. Both were good at defending themselves and at the same time attacking their opponent.

A kick landed right across Emma's face, drawing blood from the corner of her mouth. Although Emma's face was covered, but Audrey could feel the blood even from her mask, and smirked.

But Emma didn't stop she started fighting her with more intensity and after a few minutes Audrey landed on the ground with the intensity of Emma's kick.

Blood was drawn from Audrey's face. But, did she give up? No, she didn't. She again got up and had an intense combat with Emma. Their fight continued for good ten minutes.

When Emma was finally able to win against Audrey. Shock would be an understatement for Maverick and Nick. Nick no doubt knew that she's quite skilled, but didn't expect her to actually win against Audrey.

While Audrey felt humiliated. She wanted to get up, but her body didn't support her, and she fell back to the ground. While Maverick was stunned to see the scene in front of him. Never in his wildest dreams did he think that any girl will defeat Audrey in combat.

When Emma then said, with proud in her eyes, “I won. Now, as per our deal. Let us go.”

Maverick looked at Nick, when suddenly the trap opened throwing all the other officers on the ground and Maverick understood.

He then replied, “You won lady. So, we'll keep our promise. You and your friends can go.”

Emma immediately ran to her teammates and helped them to get up, and then left the place. While Nick's guards picked up Audrey and took her to the hospital immediately.

When Maverick came to Nick and asked, “Are we just letting them go?”

Nick raised his eyebrow, when Maverick added, “I mean, will you not kill them? They are from intelligence team, and we are very clear about it. Would you just let them go like this?”

“Maverick, you have been with me for so many years. I never imagined that you still don't know me.” Said Nick with anger and Maverick lowered his gaze in embarrassment.

When Maverick said, “Nick, I know that you are a man of your words. No matter what it is, once you have given your word you'll fulfill it. But they are our enemies…”

“Then we'll find another way to kill them, Maverick. But, not today. That girl won everything fair and square. She proposed a deal and we accepted. She won the deal, so of course we'll have to keep our promise.” Replied Nick.

“So, you would just let her go? By the things we witnessed today, we must admit that she's a strong opponent.” Said Maverick.

“Yes, I am glad that intelligence team has hired someone with skills, actually. And yes, we are just going to let her go. Nobody will harm her. But, get a team member of her here. The one who tried to cut the trap. Bring him here. He'll be quite useful.” Said Nick with a smirk.

Maverick smirked and left to fulfill the orders. While Audrey was given emergency treatments by Nick's team of doctors. Nick, who was sitting alone in his office, said with a smirk on his face, “Interesting…”

When suddenly the scenes from the supermarket came in his mind. Emma's face came in his mind and he took a sip from the glass in his hand and said to himself, “Why am I getting to see such interesting girls these days?”

On the other side,

Emma helped the officers and left the place. She came to the hideout where her team was and with the help of her team, all the officers returned to the base while Emma returned back to her home.

She knew that this incident will no doubt be revealed to the team, and she can't let her secret get open in front of the officers. So, she disappeared from there, as in she has never been there.

While the officers were safely taken to the hospital and got treated. Upon reaching home, she threw herself on the couch and removed her veil.

She looked at herself in the mirror to find blood drawn from different parts of her face. Her body felt in pain. She got beaten up really badly.

She got up and took out the first aid box. She then cleaned her wounds and applied medicine on it. After dealing with all her wounds, she was so exhausted that she went to her bed and fell asleep.

Nick went to one of his clubs and enjoyed some time there. Lots of girls tried to gain his attention, but he didn't care for any of them, neither gave any of them any attention.

He sat in the corner with wine in his hands. Taking a sip of his wine, with the girls dancing in front of him. But, his mind was wandering somewhere else.

He came here to relax for a while. But, the fight, the girl in the veil, just made him go crazy. He got up and went to his office. There he ordered his closest men, Jack, “Jack, find me the girl from earlier. Find out who she is? I want every information about her on my desk in two days.”

Jack, who was shaking in fear, replied while stuttering, “S-sir… I-its… Impossible…”

“THEN MAKE IT POSSIBLE.” Roared Nick in full anger, which made Jack almost pee in his pants.

When he replied, “Sir, the information will be on your table. But, we need time. The girl who fought tonight absolutely was no idiot. She was cunning and so it means that apart from few officers, nobody knows about her. It will take some time for us, to track her down.”

“Then do it, Jack. One week is the limit. I want her information, or you'll be on your deathbed.” Said Nick in a calm yet in the most dangerous tone.

Jack immediately nodded in fear and Nick dismissed him. He then came out of his office and left for his car in a fit of fury. He drove his car, rashly, for about half an hour. His guards following him.

He stopped in between the mountains and stayed there for a few hours, before returning back to his home. He went to his room and fell asleep.
