He squatted before the oven, and pulled it open, before he brought out a cake which was nearly placed in a pan.

Confirming that it was still warm, he walked back to her, and placed it on the kitchen counter beside her.

"Thank you," she smiled slightly at him, before cutting out a part of the cake.

"Hmm," she nodded, chewing on it.

"This is so nice, Alvin," she said
