"I love you Son." And then he hugged me tighter. Symepre, I hugged him back and smiled too.

"I love you too, Mom." I answered him. Mommy loosened a little from hugging me and then she pressed our foreheads together. He closed his eyes and said –

"Happy eighteenth birthday, son." I smiled too.

"Thank you, Mom." Daddy approached me at the same time as Mommy loosened her hug. I just noticed that Daddy was holding a paper bag in my hand.

"Happy birthday, son." And then he handed me the paper bag. I smiled and then reached for it.

"Thank you Dad."

"I love you too Hija." And then Daddy also kissed me on the side of my forehead. Mommy turned to me and then said –

"I'm sure you'll be happy when you see your Dad's and I gift for you, Hija." So we moved to the couch so I could open their gift to me.

What I got from the paper bag that Daddy handed me was a black rectangle box, Cartier was even written in the middle of the box. There is a red ribbon in the middle so I pulled it to open the box.

My eyes widened and almost went out of my eye sockets when I saw what's inside the box. It's a choker made out of small diamonds and there is another diamond pendant in the center which is bigger than the rest, whose shape is like tear drops. Then she has partner earrings that are the size of a pendant that is also shaped like patear drops.

I even covered one of my hands in my mouth, I was so surprised by the gift that Mommy and Daddy gave me. I was not expecting this! This gift is very expensive. I mean for me, my chance to have these gifts is only the royalties.

I was so happy for the gift I got, I cried and then I hugged Mommy and Daddy at the same time.

"Thank you. Thank you Mom, Dad! I really liked the gift." So, before we left my suite, I changed my jewelry, I put on the one Mommy and Daddy gave me.

"To my most beautiful princess..." Mommy said to me while she was holding the mic and looking at me, while the guests who I don't know yet but my news is that they are business partners slash family friends.

The party has started and we are now in the part where Mommy and Daddy got a speech for me. So, I am sitting in the middle of them, while they are standing on both sides of me. I bit my lower lip to try to stop my tears from falling just in case there was nothing, Mommy's speech was so touching that I had to really wipe the corners of my eyes so as not to ruin my make up .

"To my precious little one, unfortunately you will come to learn very early in life that you were not created from the deeply rooted love mommy and daddy share for each other but that does not mean we love you any less.

Mommy and Daddy may not be there as you grow up always remember, we share the same love at first sight. Love at first sight for us is the immense attachment your heart has to mine.

Mommy made a mistake for leaving you with your Kuya that day for your Daddy and I's work but I hope you understand that we are working hard for your good future. We just didn't expect the part where you and your Daddy will be gone. Very painful.

But at the same time I want you to know, we want you to get everything you want. Whether you need it or just for luxury because your Daddy and I, love you very much.

I want you to be what you dreamed of when you were a child. We will support you if you want to be a doctor, flight attendant, teacher or if you also want to enter the business world. Like what we are living now.

After Mommy's tearful speech, our guests applauded and we returned to the table.
