C77 Chapter 76

After I combed my hair, I went straight to the shower to get down for breakfast. I was ready. The lady said last night that after we had breakfast, we were going to my place.

It's like back then I used to take a shower in a bathroom made of sacks, but now the bathroom is bigger than the house I grew up in. If back then I only had five t-shirts now, I've lost count of how many identical t-shirts I have, all I know is that I also have a huge closet here in the mansion full of different types of clothes that even I must have never imagined that I would have one, I also have two different walk in closets where my bags, shoes and accessories are.

"Good morning." I greeted Señyora and Señyor when I saw them sitting at the dining table, Señyor was busy reading the paper he was holding, well that's how he is every morning.

While Señyora was busy with her iPod, they were distracted when they heard my greeting.

"Good morning too Hija. How was your sleep?" The lady asked me. One of the helpers even came to me when I sat down and put orange juice in my glass.

"Um, thank you." I said shyly, he smiled at me and then nodded. I'm getting a little used to this set up because this is what happens every morning at the Saavedra mansion. Then the Señyora will talk about something while eating, so we take a little longer to eat, but it's fun because even the Señyor will stop reading the papers he brings to listen to the Señyora's story.

Until, out of the blue, Señyora suddenly grabbed my hands, right after we had just finished eating. He smiled at me and then said –

"My Selena, I would like to ask you a favor." The lady kindly told me.

"Uhm, okay. What is that?"

"You've been with me and Joven for a few weeks and based on my observation, it looks like you're getting comfortable with us around you." I bit my lower lip and then avoided looking at Señyora because the truth is that I didn't know what to say.

But I agree with what the lady is saying because I have been with them at the picnic behind the mansion, swimming in their pool, movie marathon, Señyora even taught me how to bake as well as cook Señyor's favorite food and... you know Kenzo and all that experience was so much fun that I'm looking forward to doing it again.

The lady gently squeezed my hand and then she smiled sweetly at me before she said the favor –

"Selena I'm sure you're aware that I am your biological Mother and Joven is your biological Father. We understand that you are still adjusting to what is happening as well as the set up we have right now. However you calling us Señyora and Señyor really sounds weird." Señyora said to me hesitantly.

"It's not that I oblige you but ... please understand -" And before Señyora could finish what she was going to say, I immediately cut her off.

"I understand..." I said with my weak voice and before I continued what I was going to say, I raised my head and then looked directly into the eyes of the lady and said - "Mommy." His eyes widened and he even covered his mouth with both of his hands.

"Daddy..." I added and turned to Señyor now.

"Oh, Selena." Señyora said - it's Mommy and then she stood up from her seat and hugged me tightly.

"I also want a hug, guys!" Señyo added - It's Daddy. Sigh. I should forget the word Señyora and Señyor because that's not what I call them now. Daddy also stood up and then he hugged Mommy and me. And I also think it's better to hear Mommy and Daddy call them than Señyora and Señyor.

For that day, the first thing Mommy and I did was go to a University and she said Kenzo studied here. It was just stressful the part where he always calls you "Your older brother" and then I suddenly flashback to what happened with Kenzo at the hacienda so I couldn't help but smile.

The truth is, it has not yet occurred to me that Kenzo and I are brothers, that he is my older brother. To this day I still see Kenzo, suddenly a man... a man... I let out a heavy sigh and then I continued what I thought. A man that I will love but you know even though what happened was very bad and at the end of the day I realized that I still love him until now.

After we talked to the Dean about my enrollment, Mommy told me that we were going to a boutique in the mall, he said it's a dress boutique and he also mentioned that we're going to have a family dinner at one of their restaurants, he said the whole place has been reserved for tonight just for us.

At first I was excited and it was just crazy because we were the only ones with Mommy and Daddy, but Mommy and I still needed to buy a new dress, but maybe that's how you get rich and you don't have any money. Sigh.

It's just that when we were in the boutique, I couldn't concentrate on choosing a dress because Mommy said that before we entered the boutique.

"We will have Kenzo with us for the Family dinner tonight!" Mommy said excitedly.

"I miss him so much, it's been a while since I last saw him and you know what Son, there's another bonus! We will have Marga and her parents with us, it looks like her and Kenzo's wedding is on! I'm so excited for Kenzo to have another grandchild."

What if I sneak out my stomach hurts? So that I can't join you for dinner later? In total, it was just me and my family and Marga knew that they had found me, Mommy. It's impossible for him to waste time just to say that I'm Kenzo's brother.
