"SELENA!" I looked down at my chin when I heard someone say something to me, well I also know whose voice it is.

"What the f uck are you doing?" He asked me more loudly, I panicked. What is he doing here? It's late! Why did he go home?! I asked myself one more question. I've lost my focus so I've also lost my mind that it's dangerous to go down and that's when I missed a step, so I lost my balance and let go of the bed sheet.

"Ahhh!" I screamed at the same time I heard Kenzo cursing one after another. I just closed my eyes and waited for my body to fall on my golden bush on my side, just in case it didn't happen.

I slowly opened my eyes because a few minutes ago I didn't fall from the plant and then the first thing I saw was Kenzo, he was lying on my grass and closed his eyes while I was on top of him. My eyes immediately widened due to nervousness.

"Kenzo..." I called him with a nervous voice. It's just that he didn't answer, he just closed his eyes. So the next thing I did was I sat on his tummy and then I gently patted his face to wake him up.

"Kenzo... Kenzo..." I called him over and over again but he still didn't react, his hands were shaking with fear. What if he hit his head when he caught me?

"Kenzo... Kenzo please wake up..." I was so scared and worried, I started to cry all the time and my other tears fell on Kenzo's face.

"Kenzo..."

I brought my face closer to his face to check if he was still breathing and with one finger he touched our face and he slowly opened his eyes.

My lips parted when our eyes met but at the same time I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Oh...you're okay..." Because I was so soft because I thought that something bad had happened to him, I put both of my hands on his chest.

"Thank God your fine." I said with a hoarse voice as a drop of my tears fell on his cheek.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Kenzo asked me back and then he raised one of his hands and with his thumb he wiped my tears from my cheeks. I shook my head one after the other.

"Good thing you're not hurt. I was worried." And then he grabbed both of my waists to remove me from sitting on my tummy.

He even treated me like I was a light piece of paper.

Kenzo sat on his bed and then shook his clothes and hair because he had grass on them. While I did nothing but watch his every move. I can't say anything either. I'm confused if I should apologize or just walk out as if nothing happened, and then I'll continue my escape so I don't have to go to the hacienda the next day.

Just in case, before I could decide, those who had turned off the lights of the mansion turned on, Kenzo immediately stood up from where he was sitting and then he violently pulled the bed covers that I had tied earlier. At first I even wondered what he was planning until he hid the bed covers he had pulled behind a fairly tall golden bush tree and then I saw Mommy still wearing a robe and Daddy behind him who looked like he was about to wake up. just.

"What happened here?" Mommy asked Kenzo and me wonderingly and then she looked at me and Kenzo. He even frowned when he noticed that I was wearing a duffle bag.

"Can someone explain now what just happened?" Mommy asked me seriously. It lasted for a few minutes and when I gathered my courage and was about to admit that I ran away –

"I tried to - " / "It's all on me." Kenzo and I said together. Mommy's frown deepened while Daddy just stood behind me and just listened to us.

"I don't understand, Kenzo. Selena." I opened my mouth again to explain, just in case Kenzo didn't miss a chance and he continued to speak.

"I sent her a message and asked for a favor if she can open the door for me. You know it's late and everyone is asleep.." Mommy just looked at us for a few minutes until Daddy took one of her arms. he and his mother went inside.

"Let's go inside, it's really late and cold here. I want to sleep too." The mommy sighed and before leaving us, the mommy ordered that –

"Your Dad is right, it's cold. Next we went inside."

"Yeah, Mom. Goodnight." Kenzo just said. When Mommy and Daddy finally left, I turned my attention back to Kenzo.

"Why didn't you tell Mom the truth?" Kenzo turned to me and immediately looked straight into my eyes.

I thought I would get an answer after he stood up from sitting, but the damned bastard ignored me and walked away from me until he completely disappeared from my sight.

"You're so stupid!" I just screamed.

I remember that day...

Flashback three years ago...

When Mom suddenly entered my room with two helpers behind her and they brought gowns with them that I don't know what for. From lying down in my bed, I sat down and then asked Mom what was going on.

She smiled at me and then sat on my bed too and said -

"Those are the gowns you can choose to wear for Kenzo and Marga's wedding tomorrow." My heartbeat started to speed up as little by little it sinks into my mind what Mommy said.

Kenzo and Marga are getting married tomorrow? How? How is that possible? I mean... last week they were just planning when the wedding would be and I had a misunderstanding with Marga so our supposed to be dinner was canceled. So, how are they going to get married tomorrow?

"I don't understand Mom..." I said nothing to Mommy. "It seems like they've only been planning for a week, right? So... when are they getting married?" Out of nowhere I suddenly felt frustrated. I don't want I don't want Kenzo and Marga to get married. I hate that idea. Kenzo said I'm the one he loves, I'm the one he will marry so I can't understand why he would marry Marga now.
