I know that I am currently looking through Mu Ze's eyes, and I can clearly see that this thing in front of me is formed from countless maggot like things that were wrapped around it. The pus that leaked out from the sarcoma is just a line of "maggot" that had been squeezed out.

I also saw the ghost of the old man floating at the top of the monster, but his appearance was blurry
