C15 Chapter 15

Debbie rushes in as she screams her name " Angela", and then halted at the door for a while with a smile on her face, happy to see that her friend was okay. The others smiled - Claire and Gene; equally feeling the same way

Their happiness and excitement was so obvious because of the huge smile plastered on their faces.

One can easily mistake them as someone that has been gifted something very beautiful or precious

They smiled at her before proceeding to go meet her. Debbie went up to the bed Angela was seated with the others and smiled even more to which Angela reciprocated

" Silly girl, we have been waiting for you to wake up. How could you try to leave us, huh?" Debbie who has been doing most of the talking, said again

Angela was only able to give them another smile, but that was enough for them

Angela's mom who was with her when they came into the hospital ward, had to leave, to give them space to bond and catch up, she needed to give the girls some space.

She smiled at them as she took her leave, knowing her daughter is with the people that loves and care for her....knowing that she's in safe hands.

They smiled at her action and turned to Angela immediately she was gone

"Now we are alone" Debbie said when Becca was out of earshot.

" Come here" she pulled Angela closely by the arm, engulfing her in a warm gentle hug

" Oh girl! I missed you so much. I was so scared and frightened" she let out her heart content

" Me too" gene added and joined in the hug

" Me three" claire said also and also joined, making it a group hug. the reunion was a happy and excited one and none of them wanted it to end anytime soon, but just like every other thing, it still has to come to an end sooner or later

Excitement fill the air, and that was all they needed at the moment

The hug lasted for some few minutes before they finally broke it off

" Scare a person like that again, and you'd be dead" claire threatened with a fisted palm, making her face hard, which makes her look kinda funny

" She knows better now, that am sure of" gene said

" Yeah, at least now I get the idea" Angela spoke up and the four friends bursted into laughter.

Not even knowing why they were laughing, but what they know is that they are happy...happy to have their friend back

They had been so scared, that's a fact they can't deny

They went on to talk about alot of other things, including updating Angela on what had happened while she was in coma

They laughed, giggled and cheered to their heart content as they enjoyed their reunion

It was now time for her, Angela, to be discharged and her friends helped her with that.

With the doctors approval, she was discharged and taken home right away

They didn't want to delay it any longer as they have alot to tell her and also discuss.

"Oh! It's so good to finally be back home" Angela cooed as soon as she stepped foot I to her home.

Her mom came out with smiles on her face to welcome her back home

" You're back dear. I'm so happy to see you're okay now, and thanks alot guys" she turned to Angela's friends and thanked them

" It was nothing ma'am. Angela is like a sister to us" Debbie replied

" Yeah, and oh! Seems you girls are staying" she said, but it somehow sounded like a question

The trip turned to look at themselves,before slowing nodding their heads

" Good. Help her get in and feel at home okay.Dinner will be served in an hour" she enthused with a smile, before going back into the kitchen

The girls giggled before making their way to Angela's room

Angela quickly took off her clothes to go have her bathe

She was out in no time and quickly dressed in a simple attire, before climbing onto the bed to meet her friends

" His green eyes are so lively. I just get lost staring at them" Debbie said dreamily

" Who?" Angela asked confusingly

" My mate"

" Oh" Angela muttered under her breath

They went on and on, each of them talking about their mates.They told her all about their mates

Angela was the only one left out

" Ahhh..That's so busted" Gene screamed out amidst laughter, which Debbie and Claire later joined in, in no time, the room was filled with their laughters and shouts of excitement

" We would like to introduce you to our mates" Debbie suggested to which the other two - Claire and gene, nodded to with a smile.

Angela just shrugged it off with a sigh as she looked down to her fingers

" So tell us Angela. Who's your mate. What's he like. What's his name. Is he very handsome? Come on, tell us" Debbie and the others urged her on but she was reluctant as there was nothing to tell

She didn't know how to bring herself to tell them that, but she knew she had to, as she stared at the three pairs of eyes staring back at them

There is no way they are gonna let her off the hook that easily

Their eyes bore holes in hers and it started getting weird

She knew she had to break it off to stop it from getting intense

" I still haven't found him...yet" She said in a mini sober and extremely calm tone.

The atmosphere suddenly turned cold as they all felt for their friend. They knew it would be hard on her as she seems to be the only one left out.

" That isn't so bad, I mean, you would get to find him eventually" Debbie suddenly spoke up, trying to break the tension that was gradually forming

"Yeah, Debbie's right. It's only a matter of time. Don't get that weigh you down or make you feel left out" gene said

" Exactly" claire seconded

" Infact, to make this conversation more fun and exciting, why dont I tell you guys about my mate and I" Debbie said rhetorically with a huge grin on her face.

" And why would you wanna tell us that?" claire asked, and Debbie winked at her

" Come on, I know what you're thinking right now" Angela said belatedly

" Seriously. Haha, not so funny". Debbie said in a super hyper tone

" But seriously, I think we have gone a little far and am sure we have gone ahead of the others that were mated on the same day with us" she said with a proud smile plastered on her face

" Is that something to be proud of?" gene asked with a defensive look

" Come on. You need to know this things because soon you're come asking me about them , and who knows ,I might now be available then because I'll be too busy creating bonds with my mate.Oh damn! " So now, let the sleepover begin" Debbie said as she hurried off to Angela's closet.

She brought out a long dress, which was way too pretty and outstanding

" Uhm...what are you doing?" Angela asked with confusion clearly written all over her face

" Come on gela, aren't you bored, because I am. Wanna have some fun?" Debbie said with a light chuckle

" Count me in" gene declared

" And me also" Claire added, as they both hurried off the bed also to go join Debbie

They ransacked Angela's belonging, trying on her clothes as well as her jewellries

" So...tell me guys, don't I look like someone?" gene asked her friends, posing in a certain manner

" Yeah..you sure do. you look alot lime that owner of the dress" Debbie replied and th trio burst out in a hysterical laughter, they laughed so hard that they feared for their ribs and spine

" Oh, damn! That was something" claire said when the laugh had died down

" How about this one?" gene asked Debbie, holding our a short gown

All the while, Angela sat still in her bed staring at her three friends as they displayed madness in front of her. She was dying of laugher as she watched all they were doing.

They wore her clothes and jewellries,and sometimes act like her, making comments she often makes

That got her so cracked up, and she had no choice but to laugh along with them, as she was enjoying every bit of the show they were displaying

They didn't stop there and proceeded to the dressing table were they took turns in making eachother up

Angela had no choice but to join them this time around

They did each others makeover

" Oh, my! I think am the prettiest. You did a really good job gene" Debbie said and complimented, looking at herself in the mirror

" You're not the only pretty one here, you know. I'm also pretty" Claire declared

" Same here" Angela added

" That's because I did both of your makeover. You should be thanking me" Debbie said proudly

" Whatever" they both rolled their eyes

" What do you say to doing funny makeovers" Debbie said

" Like an old lady"

" Or even a zombie.Oh, what about a makeover for a Halloween party" Claire suggested

They all looked at eachother and said simultaneously

"Nooo" They chorused and started laughing hard

The day was far spent and it was time to retire to bed.

They went on to wash their faces, had their bathes and went to bed immediately, with a huge smile on each of their faces
