C5 Night creatures

I appeared at a very dark forest, i could sense danger in there, they were hooting owls, and crickets,frogs and other night creature.I was scared but i decided to rest my mind. I sighed and entered. The place was dark despite the fact that it was still day time, and it was lined with tall trees.

Night creatures where one of our greatest enemies. I remembered when i was younger. While sleeping in my room a black looking figure entered my room. I hadn't discovered my ice magic then. The creature acted like a vampire squid, facing my neck, was it about to suck up my blood or what? kid me, i didn't notice. Coincidentally one of our guard entered inside and shouted.

I knew not how it was fought, but later on, dad and mum told the three of us about the night creatures and how devilish they are. They lured people especially humans to commit grievous mistakes and tried to kill we the ice peoples. I sighed again, no one life was perfect anyway.

As i reached the middle of the spooky forest, i had an owl hoot pass me fear gripped my entire body.

I hated owls, not only because they are nocturnal creatures, but they are one of our enemies, and are always considered evil.

The owl was deep black and it had red eyes. Aside all these features, the owl was very big and even tall to my length. It stared at me, and made a long screeching sound. My mind told me to run. So i sprang up and ran as fast as my two legs could carry me, i was muttering the few chants i remembered from mum and dad. But the owl seemed powerful, i shot three long sharp ice at it, but it didn't budge, what?

I had to run so fast. But i was already getting weaker. It would be useless to teleport to somewhere else since this evil owl will keep following me, i shot more ice arrows at it to keep it distracted and at least it worked, the thing fell back, i wanted to shot some at it's neck, but it was so near, i ran fast.

I was already stuck at the middle of the forest when I saw many owls and vultures running after me, i actually thought vultures ate weak or dead animals but i was surprised to see them. I kept on running fast and i was already weak. I can't believe i would have to suffer this way before getting back to khandland, i thought birds can't see glass, so i created a big wall entirely out of ice.

And i teleported,

I was happy and safe now, at least all the creatures weren't here. I quickly closed my eyes, i wanted to check on my sister. she was safe, at least the prince wouldn't know about this place, i had painted everything out of mud. I wanted to rest but i changed my mind, i had to be going or else i will lose my sister after one week.I stood up and plucked some fruits from the place. I quickly ate one and decided to carry on.

I had succeeded in leaving the evil forest, i wonder why most of forest are always considered as evil, everywhere i went, i would always here that word, evil forest, spooky forest,or dingy forest.

Some people believed that dislocated soul of dead people lurk there, creatures such as the bogeyman also hide in that forest. At least i was safe now from all evil, and i know i might probably meet more in the way, but I'm ready to do anything for kira. Who knows the rewards i will get. I also missed Caspian a lot, i knew my brother would find us soon

But sometimes, i think about that prince, i never thought he would ask me to leave his forest, well i would be more over protective of it if I was the owner.
