C4 Tiger Girl

"Now, care to tell me what you thinking about when I woke up?

"Um.. grandma that...I actually it's."

"Oho... what got my baby so worked up that he's even stuttering?

"Grandma, it's nothing." Prince said, looking away.

"It's not nothing dear, or you won't be avoiding my gaze right now."

Prince shook his head. He knew he could never lie to his grandma. She knew him so well like the back of her hands. In fact, he is closer to his grandma than he was to his mother or father. He tells her everything.

"So, care to tell me?" Grandma Smith asked again.

"Grandma, I actually met a girl on my way to the hospital and...."

Prince narrated his past encounter with Lily to his Grandma. He shook his head and sighed. "Grandma what should I do? What is wrong with me? why can't I seem to forget her? especially those eyes."

"They keep appearing before me every time."

Grandma Smith smiled looking at Prince. She could already tell that he was smitten by this girl, whoever she is.

One week later, Grandma Smith was discharged from the hospital. Prince Franklin went to have a word with the doctor in his office about the discharge process. However, stepping out of the Office, he saw a familiar silhouette. The one that has been haunting his dreams for over a week now.

He noticed that she was pushing an old woman on a wheelchair and she was chatting and laughing happily with the woman.

Prince dashed forward, leaving the doctor behind. He rushed to confirm if he was truly right and his sight wasn't going wrong. He stood still in front of her when he saw that she was indeed the one.

"My angel with hazel eyes. Oh My feisty little tiger, we finally meet again.

"Excuse me mister, you are obstructing. Lily said, when she noticed a man standing like a statue before her.

"Oh, I'm so sorry." Prince apologized as he came out of his reverie. His eyes travelled downward to her knee and he pointed at it. "Excuse me, um..I actually... I wanted to ask about your knee.

"My what? Lily asked, amazed by Prince's words.

"Did you forget me so easily? Prince pouted sadly. "And I couldn't stop thinking about you, how cruel!

"Did you say something? Lily asked, when she noticed that his lips were moving but his words weren't audible.

"Yes I ah..um..we met the other day when my driver almost hit y...."

"Oh...yes yes, so that was you?" I really didn't remember that? I don't remember irrelevant things.

"Ouch that hurts, My feisty little tiger. Can't you be more gentle."

"I um actually haven't been able to get you out of my mind." he blabbered

"What? Lily asked surprised.

Shit!!!

"I haven't been able to get you out of my thoughts since that day."

"What? Lily exclaimed.

"Shit! Prince tapped himself silently realizing what he just said, he immediately corrected himself.

"I... actually, what I meant was that I haven't been able to forget that accident. I kept thinking about how you injured your knee and it was my fault, and I didn't even get to say sorry to you that day.

"That's okay, not that it mattered anyway.

"No, you don't understand." Prince said seriously. "It matters to me."

"Huh."

"How do I make her understand that she matters to me? Prince murmured under his breath. "I can't say that to her just yet." He advised himself and took his words through another direction.

"I can't standby and watch if someone gets hurt because of me, I have to be responsible for them." Prince explained plainly.

"Oh is that so? Lily asked with a raised brow. "Okay that's good to know then, but it's really okay I'm fine now. we have to go.

"She walked away again! argh!! Prince muttered with frustration.

"Wait! He called and he rushed after her.

"Uh... I'm sorry but I didn't actually get to ask your name. You know...maybe we could be friends. I know we actually started on the wrong foot but I would like to make amends and be friends with you." Prince blabbered.

Lily looked down at the woman on the wheelchair who was squeezing her hand and nodding for her to agree. She sighed and said, "Okay no problem."

"My name is Lillian Roberts."

"And I'm Franklin Smith but I'm mostly called Prince." He put forth his hand to Shake her hands. "Nice to meet you Miss Roberts."

"It's fine just call me Lily and this is Madam Rosalind, I work as her caretaker.

"Hi Madam Rosalind, how are you?

"Hi dear, I'm fine thank you." Madam Rosalind's eyes checked Prince out and she smiled. "I didn't know the arrogant man you told me about could be such a sweet young Man." Madam Rosalind commented after checking Prince out.

"He is sweet? Lily asked looking at Prince.

"I see nothing arrogant about this one." Madam Rosalind whispered and Lily screwed her face at Madam Rosalind's words.

"All rich people are arrogant! Lily sniggered quietly.

"Am I arrogant?" Madam Rosalind asked with a furrowed brow.

"All of them but you." Lily said, she kissed Madam Rosalind's cheek.

"My dear are you in anyway related to Carlos Smith? Madam Rosalind asked, looking at Prince.

"Yes ma'am, that's my dad." Prince noticed Madam Rosalind smile and he couldn't help but ask. "Do you know my dad?

"Who doesn't know your dad in the whole of country B?

"You mean you are the Prince of the Sky conglomerate?! Lili asked bewildered. She looked at Prince with a look of surprise on. "Now we really need to go, if you'll excuse us.

"She left? Prince asked himself. He looked towards the place and he could still see her leaving figure. He shook his head and sighed.

"There goes my friendship."

I don't understand why she hates rich people so much. If I can't even befriend her then how do I win her heart? What do I say to my restless heart?

Bringing out his phone he called for help.

"Hello spirit." Prince called as soon as he heard the voice from the other side.

"Hello boss." The voice replied.

"I need your help," Prince stated.

"Yes, tell me boss."

"I need all the information on a particular person and I want it ASAP.
