With that tone and the recent accusation of Gu Qisheng's infidelity, Liang Yuanshan immediately suspected something. He glanced at Gu Qisheng, his expression unreadable.

Gu Qisheng knew it was pointless to explain right now, so he coldly addressed Liang Anqi, "Miss Liang."

Liang Anqi nodded uneasily at his words, trying to steady her emotions as she walked in and stood by Liang Yuanshan's side, feigning innocence. "Grandpa, I heard you haven't been feeling well lately, so I came to check on you, but this—"

"If I remember correctly, this is the first time Ms. Anqi has visited Grandpa, right? It's impressive you didn't get lost!"

Liang Han chimed in sarcastically. Ever since their second uncle's family had moved Grandpa into the nursing home, they hadn't bothered to visit. Now, with Liang Anqi's sudden appearance, even a blind person could see she had ulterior motives.

Liang Anqi's face fell at the remark. She glanced at Gu Qisheng before quickly forcing a smile. "I've been really busy with work lately, so I haven't been able to visit Grandpa."

"Oh, right, I almost forgot Ms. Anqi is a big star. Not only busy with work but also with all those rumors."

Liang Han raised an eyebrow at Gu Qisheng, his tone dripping with schadenfreude.

Liang Yuanshan watched the exchange, his sharp mind quickly piecing together the situation. He looked at Liang Anqi and said sternly, "Han, take your sister outside. I need to have a word with Director Gu."

From "Qisheng" to "Director Gu," Gu Qisheng knew he was in for some trouble. He shot Liang Han a meaningful glance, clearly saying, "We'll settle this later."

Liang Han ignored him, aware that Grandpa was deliberately trying to get Anqi out of the room. She gave Anqi a quick look. "Come with me."

Anqi didn't want to leave, but seeing the situation, she had no choice. She forced a sweet smile at Gu Qisheng before following Liang Han out.

Barely two minutes after leaving Grandpa's room, Anqi couldn't hold back any longer. She grabbed Liang Han's wrist and demanded coldly, "What's going on between you and Gu Qisheng? Why is he here with Grandpa?"

Liang Han winced at the pain in her wrist and sneered, "None of your business."

"You—"

Anqi's face darkened, and she gritted her teeth as she caught up. "Don't think I don't know. You were the one in Gu Qisheng's car yesterday. You lured him away from me!"

Liang Han scoffed, "How do you know I lured him? Maybe Gu Qisheng couldn't stand your pretentious act and begged me to take him away!"

"You're full of it!"

Anqi dropped her usual graceful demeanor, glaring and cursing. "That vixen must have done something, which is why Gu Qisheng left in such a hurry. You witch! Tell me, what did you do with Qisheng yesterday?"

"What did you do?"

Liang Han noticed Liang Anqi's angry expression and suddenly felt a mischievous urge. He stepped forward, leaned close to her ear, and whispered, "Take away the word 'what,' and you'll have your answer."

"You! Shameless!" Anqi's face flushed as she followed Han's implication. Unable to hold back, she raised her hand to slap him.

Before her hand could land, Han caught it firmly and pushed her away. "You're not in a position to lecture me. If you have the skills, go ahead and win Gu Qisheng back, keep him under wraps so he doesn't cause trouble. If you can't, just stay home and stop embarrassing yourself!"
