I woke up with my head throbbing in pain. Everything was dizzy and revolving around me. I looked around. A room, not my room. It was wooden furnished with black interiors. Intense.

Amy came in the room and handed me a pill and juice.

"Hi drunk head." Said crystal without looking at me . I knitted my eyebrows together, I remember coming to beach and drinking. I looked around. I have been here before, its sam's room.

"Don't think too hard, You drank vodka last night with beers and ended up swimming for 2 hours, then we dragged you here." Said Amy. She looks fresh as flower.

"Why do you look so fresh?" I asked.

"Because I can handle drinks. Now go take a shower and come downstairs for breakfast." She ordered and started walking towards the door.

"When did crystal came?" I asked. I was not talking to crystal after the stunt she pulled. She came to meet me few times but I didn't meet her.

"Well, she was the one who pulled you out of the ocean. You were saying something about jack to her." Said amy and left. Crystal stood on the door trying to speak something but left soon.

Boss called and asked me to take care of her. It was getting hard being around her. I have started liking her. She is in my mind most of the time. I imagine stuffs with her. "Her cat died- " Said crystal but zoe shouted in between "its Ginny and she is still with me."

"Damien was the hero of the movie which she saw in the morning." Added crystal.

We saw her struggling to open the tub for a while. Me completely confused.

"Let me help you." I said carefully open the lid, she hold my hand when I gave her the tub back. Pulling me towards her she wrapped her hands around my arm and leaned on my shoulders. She stopped crying.

Crystal was about to leave when I told her not to. She sat uncomfortably on the couch.

"You know what amy did in the morning?" She said stabbing spoon the tub violently.

"What?" I asked. I don't know what was coming. She didn't answer and started looking out from the glass window.

" I want to go swimming, but I can't." She said casually and started eating the ice-cream.

I looked at crystal. "Periods" she mouthed. I didn't get that and looked at her confused. Zoe switched on the T.V.

"Why are you looking at her." Suddenly sneered zoe leaving my hand.

"These men are good for nothing." She yelled looking at the T.V. "leave him" she said grabbing her tub and left the room.

I sat there not knowing what to do. Did she just yelled at me? No one ever yelled at me. She thinks I like crystal? No but I love zoe.

"Periods." Said crystal. I didn't looked at her.

"She was yelling on T.V. character boss." Said crystal grinning. I still didn't looked at her. I sighed.

"Boss, its just mood swings, she had a hangover in the morning. And then got periods so she is frustrated. She can't take painkillers too." Said crystal getting up.

"Painkillers? Is she hurting?" I asked looking at her.

"Yes. Well she is bleeding heavily too." She said. I looked at her in confusion. I need to know what exactly happens in periods. I know girl bleeds for few days but never actually paid attention.

I went straight in the room where zoe was. She was sitting on the chair with a stuffed toy in her hands.

"Hello jack." She greeted. I nodded. My one wrong move might end up making her cry.

"The womb prepares itself for conceiving the baby every month, so that baby stays protected inside us. When we don't get pregnant than the extra blood that was stored in womb flows out of our body." She informed me.

"And where does it hurts?" I asked again.

"Practically everywhere. Some girls don't feel pain. Some like me can't handle the pain. And a lots of hormones are involved so we constantly get mood swings." She said getting up.

This makes sense.

"I can't let you go alone. And you don't order me." I sneered making her jump. Her face bold face slowly fell.

"I will take the driver with me, it won't be long. Please." She said.

"10 minutes." I ordered, she nodded and left. Crystal and I wait for her in Parking.

Crystal was using her phone when I asked her, "Do you behave like this? When you have periods?" I asked.

"I don't get periods sir." She replied looking out.

I turned to her "why?" I asked.

I saw her shifting uncomfortably before speaking, "I was stabbed on the womb, my uterus was completely damaged, There was no other option then to remove it." She said looking at her lap. I never saw her so naive. She was controlling her tears from rolling out of her eyes. " I can never become mom." She completed.

I looked at her, I don't know how to console anyone. I didn't knew she was this strong. This is the first time I am talking to woman and understanding them instead of Fucking them.

"But its good too. I can stay focused on work." She smiled. I nodded.

We saw zoe walking towards us with few bags in her hands and many bags in driver's hands.

We drove back at her home in silence. As we pulled the car in Parking, she handed me 2 bags and said, "This is for you jack, Thank you for surviving my mood swings. Good job."

She handed few bags to crystal "I am so sorry I was so mad at you. Thank you" and hugged her.

She grabbed other bags and entered her home. Aarav, her dad and mom waiting in the living room. Crystal informed them about the little stunt she pulled last night. She held her head low.

"In your room now." Said her mom. She left.

"Take care of her, Don't shout at her. I want aarav with your dad in my office tomorrow." I ordered. They nodded.

I don't understand what this girl is doing to me. I want her more now. I want her with me.

Our engagement is next week...
