I sniffed the chocolate scent as soon as I entered my room, so I wasn't shocked to see Aae sitting comfortably on my couch. He was staring at the glass wall beside my bed. He was probably watching the starry sky as he slowly tossed the hardball, or he was just spacing out.

"Why didn't you run away?" He caught the ball midair and placed it back on my side shelf
