C14 UNEXPECTED MEETING WITH ZANE

Zane entered his office room at the mansion and directly sat down on the sofa.

David stopped outside of the room and dialed a number on his phone.

" Butler Arnold, it's me David. the person that I mentioned to you yesterday, has he arrived?is he already waiting in the guest room.if so guide him to the young master's office."

The person in the other side of the phone call said to David " Alfred Davis!! mr. David ,there wasn't any person called Alfred Davis."

David frowned and said " it is already past 8pm. how come he hasn't arrived yet? .anyway if he comes, take him here quickly without any delay."

David didn't listen to the Arnold's reply and he immediately hung up the phone.

David was really troubled by this matter. how come Alfred is being late to the appointment?he clearly warned him to not to be late even a second because Zane doesn't like people who doesn't have a sense of time.

It has already passed 5 minutes from the scheduled time.

Zane must be furious by right now.he even stopped his works to come here at the right time.

Why is Alfred late? is he taking Lloyd family members as a joke?

But Alfred isn't a irresponsible person according to what David has investigated.

Did he encounter any problem?

Even if that is true, it will not be easy to stop Zane from getting angry.he couldn't figure out any better way to solve this problematic situation.

so David finally decided to call Alfred and inform him about the situation.

" David "

But David was interrupted by Zane's voice which was coming from the office.he was able to detect clearly the annoyance in his voice.

No matter what he has to face this troublesome matter.

So David checked the corridor for the last time.but there wasn't anyone's presence.

So he went inside the office without looking back again.

" Young master , what is it?"

David asked Zane eventhough he knew clearly what was Zane wanted to ask from him.

" Where is him? why didn't he appear yet ?"Zane asked David with a impatient voice.

David hesitated for awhile but he couldn't hide this anymore from Zane because it has already passed 10 minutes from 8pm.

Zane is a punctual person.one minute was a big deal for him.

If so 10 minutes?

So David finally decided to tell the truth " I called butler Arnold and he said that mr.Alfred hasn't come to the mansion yet. "

It won't be easy to find a suitable and capabl person for this task other than Alfred Davis.Alfred is a very faithful and responsible person.

So he tried to defend Alfred by saying " may be mr.Alfred has encountered some problems which make him delay to the appointment?I will call and check on him right now?"

" No need.just find another suitable person."Zane said with a cold voice.

Then he added " I don't need people who late on their first day to work with me."

David knew that this would happen since the beginning eventhough he tried to persuade him a little bit earlier.

So he wasn't going to do that anymore and said " okay.i will do that way."

But at this moment Rose was listening to their conversation outside of the Zane's office room with butler Arnold.

Rose felt that the voice of the person inside the office was bit familiar.she tried her best to remember where she had heard it.

She suddenly remembered what happened at the school before.

The voice is similar to him who had a accident with her classmate in the other day.

This is Lloyd mansion.so is it really him? is he the person who hired his father? but why was he wanted to learn painting?

He shouldn't be a visual art student also he doesn't seem to be a person who is interested in painting too.

Because she was in a hurry, she didn't able to ask her father about more details.

So he finally decided to ask the butler Arnold " Mr.Arnold , the person inside ,is he Zane Lloyd?"

Butter Arnold nodded his head and said " yes.it is him.eldest young master."

Her guess was right.

" YOU BETTER NOT COME IN FRONT OF ME IN THE FUTURE "

The warning which was given by Zane at the school started to echoing in her mind.

How could she easily forget that cold voice?it was impossible to forget it that much easily.

That day she didn't care about that at all because there won't be any chance for them to cross paths with each other again.
