The news on television was reporting something utterly baffling, but Ruan Ruan couldn't recall the specifics. She only remembered the gist of it.

The story was about a large bag of drugs that had mysteriously appeared at the entrance of the City A police station. The drugs were haphazardly placed in a woven bag, and despite reviewing surveillance footage
