Some moments before. After Ed Shane brought Ivy to be examined by a doctor, Ivy was finally allowed to go home.

Actually Ivy didn't really feel pain, she just pretended to make Ed Shane stop his emotions. Luckily the doctor who examined Ivy didn't say that what Ivy experienced was just a lie.
