Pierre insisted Alex's body be buried right after it was found but Edward disagreed.

“So what? We just throw him into a freshly dug hole like a rag doll?!” Edward barked angrily.

“Do we look like we have much of a choice? Edward, his body is fucking decaying and smelling. What do you expect me to do!” Pierre thundered.

“Alex is getting buried right now and my decision is final
