C3 The Memory of Being Adopted(1)

Three years ago.

The luxurious car cautiously turned around on a path full of bumps and hollows, afraid that it would brush past some unknown weeds. Inside the car sat two little girls in tattered clothes. They looked about the same age, about five years old.

They were lucky enough to be adopted by rich families today.

They did not have surname because they were sent to an orphanage two days after they were born. Their codename was their name. In this orphanage with insufficient funds, other than indifference, there was no better communication between people.

Through the black window, they saw the envious and jealous faces of their children standing at the door. None of the orphans here did not want to be taken away from this warm ground one day. There were rich people here today, and every child was doing their best to show that they were better and more obedient. They were no exception.

They were very lucky to be chosen. It was really good to have a home.

The car drove away from the dilapidated orphanage, and it also completely ended their five years of orphan life.

What would they have to face?

It was very quiet in the car. They quietly looked at each other. A little girl smiled sweetly, but the other little girl looked away indifferently.

The car drove into the golden and gorgeous iron gate. It passed through the beautiful garden, bypassed the dreamy fountain, and stopped in front of a white European mansion. There was an orderly castle in front of it, like a palace.

The woman in the front row got out of the car first and opened the door of the back seat.

"Please get out of the car."

When the woman in black spoke, her expression was the same as her clothes, serious and stiff. The muscles on her face didn't move at all. She was like a robot without emotions.

Their small heads drilled out of the car and broke through the darkness. They discovered that the light outside was so dazzling, and the white house in front of them was so shiny.

They were only six years old, their spiritual world was hazy. After seeing the luxurious scenery in front of them, the two little girls couldn't help but feel happy.

Would they become the princesses of this beautiful castle? The happy life would start from here.

"Come in with me." The woman in black continued to walk forward expressionlessly with the black briefcase in her hand. There was something here that could decide their fate.

She walked in front, and they carefully followed, afraid that they would lose their way. Their innocent eyes would still be attracted by the beautiful thing in front of them.

They walked up the wooden spiral staircase and stopped in front of a dark red door. The woman in black knocked twice on the door.

"Come in"

The man's low, hoarse, and mellow voice sounded, with a hint of laziness and sexiness.

What kind of person would be inside? Was he young or old? The two little girls were curious and excited.

The woman in black gently pushed open the door. It was pitch black inside, and the outline of a large bed could be vaguely seen. The light brought in from outside could not illuminate the darkness.

"Open the curtains."

"Yes, president." The woman in black swiftly pulled open the thick black velvet curtains.

Sunlight poured into the room in an instant, shining on the man in the middle of the bed. He leaned against the bed, wearing a half-open silver-gray silk pajamas. Under his messy hair, the blurred eyes that had just woken up from his sleep quickly regained their sharpness, and he narrowed his eyes. He had perfect facial features. He had a faint smile on his face. His face, which was as smooth as jade, seemed to be in high spirits.

The two little girls stared blankly at the man on the bed. Their hearts were filled with anxiety, as if they were conducting some kind of test. Their little hands nervously twisted together.

"Give me the information."
