C116 Area 1 6000 Points

"If I'm not mistaken, Mr. Qin, you were probably pondering Sixth Sister's motives for showing up earlier."

"Allow me to clarify for you, Mr. Qin. Sixth Sister has despised the royal power struggles from a young age. To seek peace, she willingly joined the College of Ming Dynasty as a senior instructor."

"Ever since she took up the role, Sixth Sister seldom returns to the palace, spending most of her time at the college."

"As for my siblings, aside from the likes of Ying Ye, I get along well with the rest, and Sixth Sister is among them."

"Mr. Qin, being new to the College of Ming Dynasty, you're in unfamiliar territory. I'd rest easier knowing someone is looking out for you."

Qin Buyi felt nothing for Ying Zhi's flattery.

Once Ying Zhi finished explaining, Qin Buyi's doubts vanished. He responded, "Mr. Zhi, I appreciate your concern."

Ying Zhi chuckled and said, "Haha, Mr. Qin, may I pose a question?"

Qin Buyi replied, "Go ahead, Mr. Zhi."

Ying Zhi asked, "What's your take on my sixth sister's looks? Does she meet your standards?"

Caught off guard, Qin Buyi answered without much thought, "Your sister is exceptionally beautiful, a true nation's treasure."

Qin Buyi's words were merely polite compliments to Ying Zhi.

To his surprise, Ying Zhi responded with a sly grin, "Hearing you say that, I'm now somewhat reluctant to let Sixth Sister be around you. Wouldn't that be like sending a lamb into a tiger's lair?"

Hearing the tease in Ying Zhi's laugh, Qin Buyi retorted, "Mr. Zhi, I think you're overthinking it."

Ying Zhi's tone was suggestive as he said, "Mr. Qin, my sixth sister has grown up untouched by any man. Now that I've brought her to you, seize the opportunity."

"Who knows, maybe one day you'll be calling me your big brother-in-law, hahaha."

With that, Ying Zhi ended the conversation abruptly, leaving Qin Buyi no chance to argue.

After several failed attempts to reconnect, Qin Buyi thought resignedly, "Mr. Zhi's imagination is running wild. He's really overdoing the theatrics."

Qin Buyi and his companions trailed Ying Le to the advanced mentors' quarters at the College of Ming Dynasty, arriving shortly thereafter.

The sprawling residence was nearly the size of a county on Blue Star, divided into eight numbered sections.

Ying Le guided Qin Buyi and the group to Section One, pausing to inform him, "Mentor Qin, this will be your new home."

"The numbering of these sections reflects the rankings of the advanced mentors. As the current number one, Section One is rightfully yours."

"I was in Section Four, but with Sha Jian's passing, I've moved up to third and will soon relocate to Section Three."

"The sections are ranked by spiritual energy concentration—the higher the rank, the richer the energy. Moreover, the college's monthly benefits vary according to our rankings."

"This system was designed to motivate us, the senior mentors. Lie Huo held the top spot for decades, unchallenged."

"Though I'm not sure how you managed to defeat him, with your cultivation at the Perfection of the Combination Stage, be prepared for challenges from other mentors."

Qin Buyi inquired, "Challenges?"

Ying Le elaborated, "Every high-level mentor can challenge those ranked above them up to three times a month."

"Such challenges are mandatory; refusal means automatic forfeiture. A successful challenge leads to a swap in both rank and residence."

Qin Buyi nodded in understanding and thanked him, "I appreciate the heads-up, Mentor Ying Le."

Ying Le dismissed the thanks with a wave, "I'll be moving to the third courtyard soon. Should you need me, that's where I'll be."

With that, Ying Le departed.

Qin Buyi and his party then entered Section One, previously inhabited by Lie Huo.

With Lie Huo now deceased, Qin Buyi instructed Nan Tianlong and the guards to discard all of Lie Huo's possessions.

Shortly after, Nan Tianlong and the guards had tidied up the entirety of Section One.

Nan Tianlong approached Qin Buyi and presented him with a storage ring, saying, "Young Master Qin, while we were tidying up, we came across this storage ring."

Qin Buyi accepted the ring and probed its contents with his Divine Consciousness. Inside, he found 50 million Low Grade Spirit Stones and an array of rare treasures meticulously organized. "This must represent the entirety of Lie Huo's assets," Qin Buyi mused.

During the three bouts on the martial arts field, whether it was against Sha Jian or Lie Huo, Qin Buyi hadn't noticed any of them wearing storage rings.

After securing the storage ring, Qin Buyi inquired of Nan Tianlong, "Is everything taken care of?"

"Everything has been handled, Young Master Qin," Nan Tianlong confirmed.

"The young master has already dispatched people to bring over the furniture and other items."

It wasn't long before Ying Zhi's people arrived with the furniture and goods. Nan Tianlong, with the help of the guards, arranged the furniture meticulously before taking his leave from Qin Buyi.

Once Nan Tianlong had departed, Qin Buyi surveyed the newly furnished first district and declared, "This place is now mine, Qin Buyi's domain, and no one shall wrest it from my grasp."

The first district was expansive, easily accommodating hundreds of thousands, and Qin Buyi's residence was at its very heart. Upon entering his home and pushing open the door, he was greeted by an assortment of pristine, luxurious furniture and decor.

"The items Mr. Zhi has sent are among the finest even in the Ming Dynasty," Qin Buyi noted silently. He estimated that just the contents of his residence would cost several million Low Grade Spirit Stones, not to mention the additional facilities throughout the district. Ying Zhi must have spent at least ten million Low Grade Spirit Stones on this gesture.

Qin Buyi committed to memory all that Ying Zhi had done for him. He then activated the system's recycling feature and deposited Lie Huo's storage ring.

A chime sounded. "Value calculation in progress..."

Another chime. "Calculation complete, total value: 6,000 System Mall points."

With the 40 points he had left over, Qin Buyi now possessed a total of 6,140 System Mall points. He chose not to immediately convert these points into attribute points, opting instead to save them for the time being.

Stepping out of his residence, Qin Buyi soared into the sky. As he took in the vast expanse of the district, now his alone, a tinge of solitude crept into his heart.

After I break through to the Tribulation Crossing Stage, I'll make my decision.

Stepping out of the room and soaring into the sky, Qin Buyi felt a pang of loneliness as he surveyed the vast expanse of Area One, realizing he was the only one there.

Suddenly, a thought brightened Qin Buyi's mood. "The Lan family is still in my Small Chiliocosm. It seems wasteful for me to occupy such a large space all by myself."

"Why not check if they've found a way to appreciate the scenery of this other world? If they have, I could construct additional residences in Area One."

The College of Ming Dynasty was quite accommodating to its high-level mentors, allowing them to bring family, friends, and even servants without restriction.
