Yes! It’s true. Life witnesses those Aqua Leisure personnel almost devoted their lives in the company as most of them were completed 10 to 20 years, others running for 30 to 35 years in service. These are testimonials that management was good and knows how to takes care employees. Best asset. Best investment. Less liabilities. All merits goes back to her boss. The head from the root. Their company CEO was very hands on to the company most of the time Sid has no weekend, even Saturday and Sunday would be a working day. But most of the time when her boss is on official business, out of town or out of the country she’s alone in the office. She’s the one taking care of sending emails to the respective clients as well as prospect client and responding emails the same. Managing CEO's schedule everyday. Preparing business trip request to the corresponding department and make a reimbursement later. Manage bookings of ticket, hotel accommodation of the CEO and a lot more including general and administrative functions. Sid was very independent person. He’s not the type of CEO which being dependent to the Executive Assistant. She was just completed three weeks now but had only 1 time she was experienced accompanied by him in a business meeting.

Anyway, it’s not a big deal for her. She knows how to respect the decision of the CEO. Their communication was intact everyday through emails, whatsApp, messenger, text messaging and calls. That’s enough. Sometimes she want to ask her boss about that matter but in the end she chose to be keep silent, better unite with the flow to avoid misunderstanding between them. The reason of having a well compensated salary helps her family especially younger brothers in pursuing their study which her great motivation.

What a bountiful green surroundings? He was walking around the wide plot of multiple various vegetables while waving to their farm workers. There were times during weekend if he’s not too much busy in the office. He has time of visiting workers in the farm. Like today morning it was Saturday.

“ Mang Tony good morning. How are you? How’s everything here? “ the old man was coming up. Mang Tony is a loyalist steward worker of their family. He was grew up knowing this man serving to his father already. Mang Tony was became ultimate trustees of their farm.

“ Today is the schedule of putting fertilizers also removing grasses around the plants” Mang Tony said. For him, it relieves fatigue seeing these kind of vegetables a healthy leaves of eggplant, chili, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger seedlings which started sprouting flowers. The colorful leaves sways dancing in the wind.

“ Excellent Mang Tony I knew you’re a legend eversince this farm was established .” Sid was smiled to Mang Tony before picking up a stick and starts cultivating the soil around the onion seedlings. He was approaching in the tree tomatoes plucked some ripe had put in the plastic bag.

“ I will gonna cook eggplant omellete, mixing tomatoes with onion rings anchovy salad.” one of the dishes most loved to eat.

“ You didn’t forget cooking although you’re a very busy man “

“ Yes! Mang Tony I grew up with this dish .”

Before was left from the farm. He did not forget habitual self vow. He has taken something in the back pack. It was two small white envelope.

“ Mang Tony keep it with you, one is for you and the other one take in charge in giving to our respective people. Thank you Mang Tony. “

Mang Tony would have been returned the envelope but Sid was refused. What does Mang Tony implies that giving salary date is still far away but this young man insisted.

Mang Tony had wagged his head but full of admiration to Sid as eversince this young man had never change despite the success have been reached, his feet remains on the ground.

Exactly three days before she had completed one month.

She was about to push the door when a woman suddenly came out. She wondered what the woman had done inside her boss’s office. Had no exact idea but she got irritated when saw that the button of the blouse wearing of the girl is still open.

“ Is she doesn’t aware on her dress?

“ hmmmm…what did they do? “ anyway she don’t care in the personal life of his boss, it’s none of her business. She think differently about her thoughts. Seeing her boss into acts like this. On that time she can’t avoid to recall what Ms. Annie said about her boss. “ Does she do believe now?

Garee was hesitant to go inside. She needs to pretend innocent with what happened.

“ Good morning Sir Sid.” she greeted happily.

For the first time, Sid did not answer to her. She went straight to her cubicle. She could feel it’s intense stare at her. Should she be nervous?

She did not realize that it had followed her.

“ For all that I do not want, my secretary is acting beyond his responsibility.” obviously her boss was not on good mood. She paused on a few seconds before speaking. She tried to calm her self.

“ Look Ms. Dimayuga I saw your reaction when Diana came out of my office and I did not like what I saw in you from the window. Who are you to act like that? “ his voice was cruel

Almost one hour had passed then she took her lunch. The whole day had passed she didn’t know that her boss was left already.
