Chapter Three

"I am very much alright My Lord." Queen Leila replies. She fakes a smile to show she is alright.

"No no no no.” King Ade said shaking his head, he also sits down. “The woman I married since forty years is not like this. So tell me what is bothering you." King Ade said finally.

The same time, the Maids come in with the tray of food, they begin to place different varieties of Meal on the table, Meat, Fish, Dish, Vegetables, Fruits, to mention but a few, they all spread on a tray. After placing the different varieties of meal on the table, they want to serve the food. King Ade waves his hand first.

"That can wait for now Ladies, you can all go take your breakfast, leave us alone." King Ade said in a majestic tone.

"But who will serve you Your Majesty?" one of the Maids asks.

"My Queen does that for me ten years before I become a King, she can still do that for me anytime." King Ade replies.

The Maids bow and turns away, they all walk out of the dinning, leaving the Guards behind, King Ade also turns to them.

"You can also leave as well for some minute." He said to the Guards.

The Guards also bow and walk away. Finally King Ade turns to his wife and continues. “Now My Lady between you and I, tell me what is bothering you." he said finally

"My Lord, you can't keep turning blind eyes to what Shina keep doing this days." Queen Leila finally voice out, her tone hold much grievances in it.

King Ade frowns first. “What was his offence again?" He ask.

"How Old do you think Shina is right now?" Her Majesty asks

"You knew better than I do about his age. Moreover why the sarcasm over his age again?" His Majesty asks.

"Am saying, age is no more on our side My Lord, and Shina is not even thinking of marriage. He is going to be King after you, yet she had no wife yet, don’t you think that might disqualify him from been King?” Queen Leila said all together.

King Ade just listen to his wife and few seconds, he just burst to a big laughter, Queen becomes very angry for been seen as a joke.

"I knew it that you will count what I said as joke.” She said angrily.

"Am sorry My Lady for the laughter, but don’t you think Shina is a grown man already?, he can fend for himself.” His Majesty said, he tries to keep his laughter at bay, but he is not successful.

"Yes you are right that he can fend for himself, but not marriage issue, his whole thought was all about work and work." Queen Leila said in a grievance tone.

"Alright My Lady. You are his mother, you can talk to him." King Ade said, he looked serious this time.

"Like he will listen to me even if I do." Queen Leila said and shake her mouth.

"But My Lady. You are taking this thing too far, leave Shina to himself, he will get married when he is ready." His Majesty said and frown.

"But he is not getting younger. Moreover he is trying to initiate his sister into the workaholic world as well.” Her Majesty said

King Ade finally heaves. “Fine. What then do you suggest we should do about it?"

"I was thinking we should try a Royal Competition." Her Majesty said and finally smiles after a few time.

"For crying out loud My Lady, I don’t remember marrying you through a competition." His Majesty said

"You don't. But if I remember we were married ten years before you even become a King, I already gave birth to Shina and Sewa during the time you are a Crown Prince.” Her Majesty replies

King Ade gives a warning sign with his finger. “Women. I fear your kind when you are desperate." His Majesty said finally

"I am not desperate, I am only doing what is right for my Son." Her Majesty said too.

"Fine. I will give it a thought. Now can you serve me my breakfast?" His Majesty said.

Queen Leila said nothing in reply, she put the plate into place and begins to put the right quantity of dish into it, she also serves herself as well, she pour out water for His Majesty into a cup and both were eating already.

Meanwhile Shina drives into the building which house his big company, it is written in the signboard outside, Shina and Son's Group of Company. The building is such a large one with almost ten different floor, but instead of offices, the building is divided into different section, thus each section deals with a specific department, but the upper floor have a huge conference room, The Chairman office, the Director and Manager office, there is also an office for the Audit unit.

In each floor, there is a department which deal with Car sales, there is a department that sell electronics, there is a department which deals with selling of Computers and Phones, there is a department for clothing and textiles, even there is construction department and many more, there is a department which deal with the Administration of the companies.

Prince Shina been the C.E.O and the Chairman of the company stays at the top floor, there are lot of other people working together with him for the movement of the company. Moreover each department have its own Director.

Shina drives in and the Gateman greets him with his head bow, he goes directly to his private elevator and press the button to the top floor. Behind him is his sister Sewa, she also cling to the folder in her hand like it’s her whole life, clearly they are her credentials.

Once the Elevator reach the top floor, Shina head to her office, still Sewa keeps following Shina, she knows no one in the company, thus she is just looking all around with a little bit of shyness, she sits down opposite her brother in his office

Some seconds later, Shina message for an emergency meeting spread all around the company, thus it cause an huge uproar in the whole company, even the staff and each Department Director are scared because of the Emergency meeting by the C.E.O.

Actually Shina rarely called on a meeting, not to talk of Emergency, thus whenever he call on a meeting, it means that someone is to be sanction once again. When Shina drive in with her Sister, none of the staff recognize Sewa as his sister, but they can all see her going into the private Elevator with, they conclude that she is very close to Shina, and that mean she is a new employ, and someone had to leave for her to come in.

The are all whispering amidst one another as they troupe into the office of the C.E.O, they all sat down surrounding the big table and was waiting for the CEO, Shina also left his previous sit and walked towards the chair opposite his staff, he coughed out first to have their attention, the HODs of each department also focused their attention on Shina.

"Okay guys, before we begin we need to pray; so can somebody pray for us please?" Shina said just a cold boss.

Immediately everybody in the all all bowed to pray, Shina looked around and called on someone to pray, the rest all heaved a sign of relief, the person called as well said a short prayer with a shaky voice, he knew what await him after the prayer. After the prayer, Shina cough again and smile.

The HODs all were frozen when they saw Shina smiling, they knew that Shina reaction all have different meaning, when he frowned, you are in trouble, but when he smiled at you, then you are in deeper trouble. Shina as well noticed the tension in the hall, his smile turned to a frown.

"So why is everybody like this?" he asked still frowning.

"We are sorry sir, but the last time we are sited like this, it was Mr Dickson that sacked." The same man who prayed replied.

"So you all think someone is to be sacked again right?" Shina said nodding his head gently.
