"Pamela please pass me the papers!"

She said walking towards a lady in her late thirties.

"I'm sorry ma'am but you ain't suppose to be here!"

"What do you mean? I need to complete the..."

"Ohh sorry yes! Please do this work it looks complicated." A young man said flashing a smile as he gave her the files.

"Pamela what was that?" She asked curiously looking a bit upset.

"Listen Abigail I didn't mean to offend you but didn't you sign your resignation letter? You said you no longer want to work here!"

"What! Are you being serious right now? When did I do that?"

She asked in haste and without waiting for a reply, she went straight to the CEO office.

"May I come in sir?" She politely asked

"Yes! You may!" Answered a man in his mid forties well builded muscular body with an intimidating aura. But for one bit, Abigail didn't allow his nature ever intimidate her.

"Sir I... I don't understand what happened I'm really sorry but I didn't sign a resignation letter I never did!"

She quickly said with a mixed emotion of nervousness and boldness. Without saying anything he ordered with his hands for her to sit down after which he gave her a letter, form and a pen.

"I.. didn't write this I didn't do this" She said almost tearing up she can't say what is happening.

"Please fill the forms and take your leave"

The man coldly said returning his attention to the files on his desk.

"I'm sorry sir but may I ask a question?"

"You are familiar with the protocols here so if you have any questions please go to the secretary! "

"I.. I didn't write this letter I admit it my signature but I didn't do this!"

"Please young lady! Your time is up leave my office!"

He rudely said Abigail sadly walked out walking into the office which will never be hers and fell lazily on the chair staring into space.

"Pamela! Who did this to me I have never complained for once about my job so who did this wickedness?"

"I'm sorry Abigail! That things Happened this way Maybe it's for a purpose though!"

Pamela sorrowfully said she can't say anything to Abigail at the moment she patted her shoulders as she continuously consoled her.

"I will find the root of this Pamela I must!"

She said finally drying up her tears and walked out into her car , she drove out straight to the husband's company.

She parked at the garage and stepped down only to be greeted with a pair of angry eyes standing at a distance she ignored and walked straight to him giving a hug.

"Darling what's the problem?" She asked concealing her own pain while putting on a smile to lighten the atmosphere.

"Why did you come here?" He asked keeping a straight face.

"Wow! This African fabric look good on you your fashion designer sure knows your taste of fashion."

She said ignoring his questions she didn't want to argue as there are a lot of people going in and out of the company.

"Abigail I asked a question! What are you doing here!"

"Ohh darling you look cute in these moods hahaha you are dazzling!"

She said again giving a smile while walking out towards the office door but he drew her back by the left hand causing her to miss her step as she fell to his arms.

"Wow!! This is lovely come on take a picture!" Someone said and soon people gathered.

"Such sweet and romantic couples"

"I thought you are going to let me fall Dennis! Why?"

She asked looking deep into his eyes she noticed his shyness but ignored it all if today is the only memorable day in her life, she accept it.

"Don't you see people are looking at us here? And you are...."

"But you are the boss here ain't you?" She answered and imediately he let go of her standing perfectly to her feet then she noticed flashes of cameras, people recording and those taking pictures.

"May your home be blessed my child!"

An elderly woman walked close to them and said. Abigail held her hands and nodded giving her a warmly hug she felt like once the world is in her favour.

"Alright let's walk out of here! Straight to the office."

Dennis said to his wife but before they could leave, some media fellow gathered round them

"Sir we heard you got married three months ago we want to know why it is a sudden marriage and no one knew?"

"What was that?" Whispered Abigail to the husband.

"Ma'am we know you have heard a lot about your husband now what do you think are you happy in the marriage?"

The lady asked Abigail and at once she was taking aback staring at the lady in her front, she quickly stood behind Dennis.

"Sir we also heard some things in the internet about a lady who you once asked one time to be your baby mama! How true is it sir?"

They asked again and Dennis became uncomfortable as he started walking out but they won't give up as another followed him from behind.

"Sir please tell us how you met this beautiful lady who is now your wife and what about your..."

"Shut the door! " He commanded the security imediately he climbed the stairs.

"Cheese is this what always happen here?"

Asked Abigail but she didn't get an answer rather she was forcefully dragged into a room and at once the door was bolted.

"Just keep quiet! All this are happening because of you! now why did you come here!"

"I am your wife and I'm permitted to come see you don't you like the fact that I'm here?"

"That's not the answer to my question!"

"Well I..came...."

"Sir you sent for me!"

A voice from outside interrupted them.

"Yes! Come in" He answered in a stern voice

"Who allowed those beings inside! I want you to dismiss them all and lock the gate!"

"But sir the launching!"

"Follow my others Martin! Annonunce that the launching is now postponed until next week! Understand?"

"Yes sir! Understood!"

The man meekly replied with a bowed head.

"You may now leave!" He said and stepped out to get something

"Martin!" Abigail called following him from behind

"Yes ma'am ohh you would have said you needed me and I will report imediately ma'am."

"It's okay is this how the media crowd this place everytime?"

She Asked curiously looking at the man in front of her who slowly gave a smile.

"What do you expect ma'am this is a big company that deals on technology and you know it manufacture phones and build apps too so, there are always around ma'am."

"I know but what happened today where were they...and launching what are you guys launching?"

"Well ma it's a..."

"Abigail! Abigail!" Dennis called interrupting Martin speech.

"Goodness! I'm here with you, are you missing me that much?"

She said as she walked inside strolling towards him Dennis for once noticed her today she is wearing a red fitted long gown which has a tearing in the left leg and a red heel.

"Well, we are leaving for home imediately! and we are going in your car!"

He commanded and without waiting for a second word, he picked up the car key and walked out.
