Huo Tian nodded. "Okay."

"And I need a place to stay." She had nowhere to live after leaving the Huo family. She wasn't sure if she could even rent a place in this era, so she needed somewhere to settle.

"You need to tell Grandpa that the divorce was your idea. If I bring it up, he’ll be furious, and he's too old to handle that. She was determined to find her parents and brother as soon as possible. If she could live with them, that would be even better.
