The village chief wanted to cover up certain things because he felt they were "inappropriate" and didn't want the big city investors to think the villagers were just a bunch of "ignorant folks" who only knew how to have children.

Once the walls were freshly painted, the village chief selected a few new slogans. "A Warm Welcome to Our Visiting Investors" was written at the village entrance
