“Are you feeling better now?” Keisha asked worriedly. Judging by the atmosphere, I think I’m in one of the rooms of the pack hospital.

“Yeah,” I replied angrily.

“Misch told me that you found your mate and that--”

“Stop; I don’t want to hear it.” Her words won’t heal my broken heart, so I didn’t want to hear anything from her out of pity. She’s my younger sister
