C9 The Young Master of the Zhung Family Is Adorable

Qiao Nuo beamed at Qiao Weiyi - she didn't think that her mother would be so spot-on!

"Mom, Shengsheng must marry me when I grow up," Qiao Nuo declared boldly and determinedly, "I want to marry him!"

"You're a girl, you know," Qiao Weiyi chided her daughter, "You should be more reserved and demure."

She couldn't believe the words that were coming out of her daughter's mouth at this very moment, "You're still young, you know," she reminded, "You shouldn't be saying things like this - don't you say such things in the future, do you understand me?"

Qiao Nuo shrugged - she didn't understand why her mother was making her seem as though she was a two or three-year-old brat who didn't know anything. She was already five years old, for God's sake - that was old enough for her!

"So, how is Zhung Niansheng like?" Qiao Weiyi asked her daughter.

"He's cool, pretty, and cute!"

Qiao Nuo then started to go on about Zhung Niansheng, telling Qiao Weiyi about everything that happened at the kindergarten excitedly and animatedly.

For example, why was Zhung Niansheng so cool?

Zhung Niansheng liked to bring biscuits and milk to the kindergarten - there was this one child who knew about it and yearned to eat his food. And so, on one occasion, the child secretly took some of the former's biscuits and even secretly took several sips of his milk when Zhung Niansheng had gone to the toilet.

When Zhung Niansheng came back and found out about this, he didn't say anything - instead, he simply took his remaining biscuits and milk and threw them at the child's back. He then said to him coldly, "You can have all of them since you like them so much."

For example, why was Zhung Niansheng so cute?

A few days ago, the kindergarten teacher asked the children to answer a question about predators and their respective prey- there was an eagle, a wolf, a heron, and a sheep on the first row. and a fox, some grass, a snake, and a fish on the bottom row. The correct grouping should've been the eagle and the snake, the wolf and the fox, the heron and the fish, and the sheep and the grass.

Zhung Niansheng had grouped the eagle and the snake, the heron, and the fish, and the sheep and the grass together- alas, he hadn't grouped the wolf and the fox together.

Zhung Niansheng refused to hand in his homework even though all of the other children had already handed theirs up - the teacher furrowed her brows and asked him why he didn't want to group the wolf and the fox together. After all, wolves ate foxes and other small animals like rabbits.

Zhung Niansheng's pursed his lips into a thin line and remained unmoving.

The teacher tried to convince Zhung Niansheng for about ten minutes when she was starting to lose her patience - just then, Zhung Niansheng glanced at Qiao Nuo and proclaimed, "The wolf will protect the fox, not eat it!"

The teacher felt like she was about to lose her mind as she asked him, "What makes you think so?"

Zhung Niansheng poked the paper with his pencil, the tips of his ears going red slightly as he whispered, "Nuonuo is a little fox, while I'm a little wolf - I'll protect her and not eat her."

It turned out that the children had played a game together a few days back where Zhung Niansheng had played the role of a wolf while Qiao Nuo had played the role of a fox.

Qiao Nuo wore a furry fox outfit and looked very cute.

Zhung Niansheng, who adored stuffed toys ever since he was little, couldn't take his eyes off Qiao Nuo when she'd changed into her fluffy outfit - he couldn't help but secretly touch her clothes when she wasn't looking.

Qiao Weiyi couldn't help but feel amused as she watched her daughter gush over just how adorable Zhung Niansheng was.
