C2 Chapter 2

Joe swore, "Fuck!" I had to hold my tongue to keep from smiling when I saw him in this state. We fixed our dresses, and I was going to tie my hair. Joe hugged me from behind.

"It is unnecessary to tie it. It is more suitable for you," Joe stated. I smiled and turned my gaze to him, holding his arm in mine. "Okay, I won't. Let's go. If Liam finds us here, he'll be mad," I said.

"Why is this so? I know you give him time as well. What's bad about spending some time together?" he said.

"All right, I get it now," I murmured. I went out of the room with Joe. Liam and Zelda were talking.

Joe said softly in my ear, "Isn't there something fishy about this? Isn't she your friend?"

"Keep your mouth shut. She is, but she isn't my best friend." I stated.

"Are you jealous?" he asked. I sighed and cast a sidelong glance at him. "Do you think so? I'm not madly in love with him."

"So who is it, then? Is that me?" He asked.

"You know what, among my friends, I like you the most." I smirked, clutching his arm. "Hey, Zelda," I remarked as we walked past them.

"Hey, guys, where have you been?" she asked.

Liam grinned and greeted me as "babe." I approached them and kissed Liam on the cheek. I looked at Zelda to see how she would respond. She didn't appear pleased to see me. It was obvious on her face. But it doesn't matter to me. I answered Zelda, "We were simply roaming."

"What about you?" I asked. "Nothing much," she replied in a single word. "Oh, I heard you're trying for a scholarship," I asked.

"Yes, I'm trying it. After all, my dad isn't as influential as some others," she replied.

She meant it to me; I know. She is always reminding me that I am at this college because of my father's power. At this college, I cannot read. And it's not my fault if my dad has money. Since I'm not showing it in front of others, what's her problem with me?

As a result, I disregarded her in the future and mockingly answered, "Yes, that's true."

"Babe, you didn't call me last night?" I said, turning my gaze to Liam. "I was with my buddies, honey," Liam explained.

Liam and Ivy were having a conversation. Zelda was about to leave them slowly since they were busy, but Joe put his hand on her shoulder and murmured, "You shouldn't let him go easily."

"What?" Zelda asked.

"Okay, guys, we have a plan," Joe stated with a grin.

"We?" I asked, surprised, with a grimace on my face. He answered, "Yes, let's go out together."

"But we have a plan, right, Ivy?" Liam asked as he looked at me.

'F*ck! You know how to stop us, Joe', I thought with a mischievous smile. I glanced at Liam as if I knew nothing.

"Let's go out with them, Liam. We'll go another day, I swear," I stated. After a while, Liam nodded.

Following our talk, we headed to our class. We went out together after our classes. I was in the car's backseat with Zelda. We went for a long drive before eating dinner together.

After some time had passed, Zelda stated, "I have to leave now, guys. It's almost late."

"Zelda, you're no longer a kid," I said.

"It has nothing to do with it. I need to make some notes," she retorted.

"Ivy, it's all right. Let's go, Zelda. We'll drop you off first, "Liam remarked. I rolled my eyes and looked out through the window of the car.

I got into the car like an obedient girl. I know Zelda isn't like the rest of us. She is really dedicated to her career. Also, I dislike her, maybe because of her interest in my friend or maybe because of her harsh words toward me.

We arrived at her house after a while. "Thank you, Liam," Zelda remarked.

"Not a problem, honey," Liam responded. "We'll meet tomorrow."

"Thanks for your treat," she said with a smile as she looked at Joe.

"No problem," said Joe with a smile. Liam began driving after saying his goodbyes to her.

We were all in a state of silence. "So, what's the plan?" said Joe, breaking the silence.

I rolled my eyes at him and smirked, knowing exactly what was going on in his head. Liam grinned as we both glanced at each other.

I can tell what will happen. These two tigers want to have a little fun with me.

I was also bored because I hadn't done it in a long time. "Why don't we come over to your apartment, Liam?" I said.

He had a smile on his face, which I noticed. Liam upped his car's speed. We arrived at his residence after 25 minutes. I opened his door and had a peek around his room. His room was tidy, but mine was filthy.

"Wow, you live here by yourself?" I asked.

I took a seat on his bed. "What are your thoughts, baby?" Liam asked. Joe smiled at me while leaning against the wall.

"Hmm," I said as I took a deep breath and approached him. I pushed him against the wall with my body while holding his neck. "Now tell me what your plan is now." I asked with a smile on my face.

"Would you like to bang me?" I asked.

He grabbed my waist and yanked me close to him. "Girl, I love to bang you."

My phone abruptly rang.

I pushed Liam and immediately received the phone message, "Mom."

Mom asked, "Where are you?"

"I'm at a friend's place, mom. I won't come tonight," I said.

Ivy was talking with her mom. Joe asked, "What do you think?"

Liam added, smirking, "Everything was wrecked because of you. Now you're asking what I'm thinking."
