“Do you guys know each other?” I asked, confused as to why they are insulting one another.

“You could say that,” Evan says, with an evil glint in his eyes while staring at Amber.

“I don’t know this rich snob,” Amber says with venom dripping in her words.

“Wow, Amber, if you don’t know him, why do you keep insulting him?” I ask, confused with all the hostility towards Evan
