Few weeks back, SD Global put up an advert that the company was open for employment.

Every graduate will always apply to the company because the company work experience was good for the CV. Moreover the company offers opportunity to grow in knowledge and pays the highest in the country.

SD Global always make sure the staff of the company benefits to satisfaction. There is all sorts of allowances and bonuses, the end of the year awards and all, it is always amazing.

The problem now is that not everyone has the opportunity to be accepted for the first interview. Several people are disqualified earlier and only very intelligent candidates are called for the first interview.

The company isn't bias because of social status, if you qualify, you are given opportunity no matter your class in the society.

When a candidate pass the degree assessment, the company sends information on when the first physical interview will take place, which is based on competency.

You should know having a good degree is one thing, but in SD Global, you have to be able to defend it accurately.

You have to compete under a set time frame with others who have also come for the interview according to the department. Different departments have different methods to test competency.

Most people fail in this round of interview because the standard is set to be very high. A lot of people just find it difficult to prove the ability claimed.

The last interview is conducted by the head of every department, and the CEO. This is where you get to express your ability in full. You are questioned randomly by the Interviewers and you can be asked to do a quick practical for them to see

Mark who has always envied Sarah decided to try an entry into SD Global. He believes if Sarah can be employed, he is better than her and has grown more experience, he could also be employed this time. Moreover it was time to show her who the real boss is

He is a manager of a small design company but his dreams is to be a designer. When he applied as a designer, the company already had enough staff but because he was very good, he was employed as a supervisor and he grew from there.

Now that SD Global is hiring in all department, this is an opportunity for him to pursue his dreams and also crush Sarah for good. She is just a worker in the logistics department while he is about to become a designer for the clothing line the company just created.
