C6 Change Of Attitude

****BRIGHT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL****

The car drove in and stopped, the kids got down from the car.

"I will pick you guys up in the afternoon" Sylvia said to the kids and handed their lunch bag to them and the kids went into the school.

"Let's go" Sylvia said to Greg and entered the car then Greg drove out of the school.

"Hey, who was that who dropped you?" A girl asked as she got to Kathy and they kept walking to the class.

"Nanny" Kathy simply replied.

"Nanny? Thought you said you didn't want a nanny" the girl said.

"Yes Beauty but dad won't accept that so he brought a new nanny" Kathy rolled her eyes and Beauty chuckled.

"By the way I like your hairstyle" Beauty smiled and touched Kathy's hair. They got to their class and sat down.

"Really?"

"Yeah, it's different and much more pretty, is it your new nanny that did it for you?" Beauty asked.

"Yeah..I mean no" Kathy smiled and Chloe stared at her suspiciously

"Okay"

A guy walked into the class and Kathy released a smile.

"Jason" she waved at him and he looked at her but he ignored her and just went to his seat, Kathy sighed and dropped her hands sadly.

"Sorry" Beauty muttered.

****DAMIEN'S MANSION****

Greg drove into the house and Sylvia got down from the car before entering into the house, straight to the kitchen, she started washing the plates. When she was done, she started cleaning the house, she cleaned all the kids room and when she wanted to clean Damien's room, she saw that the door was locked so she went back downstairs and kept the equipments in the store room after washing them.

She walked back to the sitting room and sat down on a sofa, she took the TV remote and started searching for a channel to watch. After searching for a while, she found nothing interesting so she just switched off the television and took her phone, she started surfing through the internet.

About an hour later, Sylvia sighed and dropped her phone.

"Let me prepare lunch" she said to herself, she stood up and walked to the kitchen. She started making Cuban sandwich. When she was done cooking, she packed some of the sandwich for Damien, put it in a bag and started tidying up the kitchen.

When she was done tidying up, she took the bag and walked out of the house, she met Greg by the car operating his phone, so she walked to him.

"Greg can you please give me a ride to the company?" she asked and Greg looked up from his phone.

"The boss's company?" he asked.

"Yeah, I thought I should give him lunch" she smiled and he stared at her for a while before answering "Ok, get in the car"

She got in the car and he also did the same then he drove out of the house.

When they got to the company, she got down from the car.

"Thanks" she thanked Greg and he nodded, she looked at the company.

"It's huge" she thought and went in, she walked to the receptionist.

"Good afternoon, please I want to see Mr Damien" she said to the receptionist.

"Do you have an appointment?" the receptionist asked.

"No"

"Sorry, you need an appointment to meet him" the receptionist said and Sylvia sighed.

"Hmm...could you call him and tell him that it's Sylvia...Please " Sylvia said.

"Okay" the receptionist said and took her land phone, she put a call across to Damien's office and she talked for a while before dropping the phone.

"You can go in, his office is on the 13th floor" she said and Sylvia nodded, she started walking to the elevator while looking around.

"His company is large and beautiful" she thought.

She got into the elevator and pressed the 13th floor button, the elevator started moving and she waited for the it to open. Some seconds later, it opened and she walked out, she saw a door with CEO boldly written on it so she walked towards it, there was a table near the door which is for his secretary, but his secretary was not present so she knocked on the door and waited for a response, soon a response came.

"Come in" Damien said from inside and she opened the door and walked in, he was operating his laptop.

"Good afternoon sir" she said and Damien looked up.

"What are you doing here?" he asked with furrowed brows.

"Hmm I thought...I brought lunch" she stuttered and showed him the flask.

"Did I ask for it?" he asked.

"No, I just thought of bringing it because you might have not had lunch" she muttered, nervously and he just stared at her without saying anything for a while.

"Take it away, I'm busy" he spoke up and went back to his laptop.

"But sir, because you are busy does not mean you won't eat and besides you can eat it later" she frowned.

"Fine, keep it on the table and leave"

"Okay sir" she said and kept it on the table then she made for the door but she stopped and looked back at him

"Please don't forget to eat the food" she said and went out, a small smile appeared on his face.

When Sylvia got outside of the company, she walked straight to the car and got in.

"Did he collect it?" Greg asked.

"Yeah " Sylvia simply replied.

"Okay, where to?"

"The kids school " she muttered and he nodded, ignited the car engine and drove out of the company while Sylvia rested her back on the car.

"I hope he eats the food" she thought and closed her eyes.

BRIGHT SCHOOLS

It was already closing time and the pupils were already trouping out of the school, most of them, their parents had already picked them up while some were still waiting for their parents to pick them up. Kathy and her siblings were also among those waiting for their parents.

"Guys, I want to ask a question" Kathy spoke up.

"What?" Freddie and Flora asked.

"Do you guys like the new nanny?" Kathy asked.

"Yes, she is nice and also a good cook" Freddie replied.

"Really! You think she is nice because she is a good cook" Kathy frowned.

"It's not just that, she is nice" Flora muttered.

"We shouldn't believe that, I'm sure she is just pretending" Kathy said, still frowning.

"I don't think so" Freddie shook his head.

"She is acting nice to us because she wants us to like her so she can have our dad, then she would start treating us bad" Kathy pressed on.

"She wouldn't do that" Flora mumbled shaking her head.

"Well she would but we need to stop her, we must make her leave, remember we don't want a nanny or a new mummy" Kathy said.

"I think I second that" Freddie nodded his head.

"That's it, we should devise a plan to make her leave" Kathy smiled.

"So what do you want us to do?" Flora asked and Kathy smiled, then she whispered something to them.

"Do you get it?" Kathy asked, as she withdrew from them, they nodded and just then they saw Sylvia walking towards them.

"Now is the time" Kathy whispered and they nodded.

"Hi guys" Sylvia smiled when she got to them but they only rolled their eyes and walked to the car.

"What's wrong with them?" Sylvia asked herself, surprised by their attitude but she shrugged it off and walked to the car and got in, Greg drove out of the school to the mansion.

They got to the mansion in no time, the kids got down from the car and went inside while Sylvia followed them.

"You guys should have your bath then come downstairs for lunch" Sylvia said to them but they ignored her and went upstairs. Sylvia remembered that Flora could not bath herself, so she went upstairs to Flora's room.

"Baby let me bath you" Sylvia said when she got to her room, she tried carrying her but Flora shook her hands away.

"Kathy will bath for me" Flora said and walked out of the room while Sylvia just stood there, lost in thought

"But we were okay this morning"

She walked out of the room heading downstairs.

Almost an hour later, the kids came downstairs and settled themselves on the dining chairs, Sylvia served them their food and they started eating. Minutes later, they were done and Sylvia took the plates to the kitchen, washed it and came out of the kitchen, the kids were in the sitting room.

"Do you guys have any assignments that I can help you with?" She asked them.

"No" they all replied.

"Okay, if you guys need anything, come to my room" she smiled at them and went upstairs, Freddie stood up to check if she was already gone.

"She is gone" Freddie said.

"Okay, now let's get to work" Kathy smiled and they nodded. They started scattering the room, pouring water on the floor, pouring flour on the ground and many other things.

Soon, they were done and they rushed upstairs.
