C399 Catch thief

I looked at the motorbike coming my way and kicked the man on the bike in the chest with a high whipping kick. He fell off the bike.

He struggled on the ground for a while before he got up and ran off into the distance.

It was too light. It was out of my expectations. It seemed that he had overestimated himself.
