This is a harem romance, if I'd known I wouldn't have started reading it.
Plus I read the final chapter and it’s even crazier, something about the lead saving the universe.
I’ve read of stallion novels in Isekai novels that parody a strong ml with hundreds of wives and peerless power, I guess this is that.
1(never mind I just saw that it WAS tagged as harem. My mistake. I could have saved myself days if I’d checked properly.)

I read to 256, skim-read some chapters ahead, then skipped every 5 or 10 chapters to ch1000.
They deal with Gu fam at ch920s.
I wouldn’t have minded that it was a harem if it was tagged, and if he didn’t keep it from his wife when he slept with the other women before he slept with her first. He didn’t say because he knew she’d be angry, but I guess she accepts because around ch1930s she’s having a kid and he’s bringing home 20 new girlfriends with 30 wives at home.
