C7 Chapter 7

If you had the chance to go back in time, would you? When would you go? What would you change? Would you change anything at all? or would you leave it all the same? for each person those questions are answered differently.

but here's the thing. there are some things you cannot change. something's that are fated to happen. in my case it was this apocalypse, and ever since I came back it seems like I've changed much more then I intended to originally.

the only thing that hasn't changed much is that I'm still stuck with the two that killed me in my past life.

I sat in my room the the door closed and a map taped to the mirror ' what's the best way to get to Zime from here' I thought to myself when suddenly I heard a knock on the door.

"come in" I said still stuck in thought "Amelia" the voice behind me said and I snapped back to reality. it was brandon. I quickly turned around and have him a slight smile "why are you in my room?" I asked "I just want to talk" he said putting his hands in the air as of too surrender.

"fine let's talk" I said crossing my arms "talk" I continued "listen it's not what you think" he said slowly taking a step closer to me. "I admit i kissed her once but that was it and I pushed her away right as it happened. I swear I never had sex with her" he said as he put his arms down and continued to walk slowly towards me.

"how do I know I can trust you" I replied. "because I'm never given you a reason not to" he said finally standing right in front of me as he put his hand on my chin to lift up my head to look him in the eyes.

"I swear I love you more than anything on this Earth" he said. and at that moment we almost kissed. until I pushed him away. "that's funny coming from you" I said "what?" he questioned shocked "your power doesn't work on me, not after what you did" I said.

"how do you know about that?" he asked in a surprised tone as he took a step back "because you're not the only one with power" I said as I began to bring the shadows to life.

I took a shower from the window and separated into two spikes that led back to the shadow. "what's going on" will asked as he suddenly appeared in my door way. "shes gone crazy" brandon said as he went and hid behind will.

will gave me a weird look but didn't say anything "turns out brandon also got an ability" I said "he can manipulate emotions" I continued with a slight smirk. will turned around to face brandon "I told you not to cause trouble" will said "i-i didn't" brandon stuttered "out" I said and he quickly left.

I sighed and sat down on my bed "we can't stay here much longer" I said as will walked over to me "I know but we haven't come up with a plan on how to transport everyone yet" will said sitting down next to me.

"I know where we can get a truck" may said suddenly appearing in my door way "does no one know have to knock" I said randomly "where mae?" will asked "there are two big trucks on jackson ave there hard to miss" she said "the only thing is I saw some zombies there in my vision" she said looking at me.

after a moment of silence mae spoke up once more "so what do you two want to do?" may asked "us, shouldn't we be going to talk to everyone about what to do" will said "well you could but you and miss Wayne here have basically taken the lead of the group I'm pretty sure everyone will follow and trust your decisions" she said as she finally walked away from my room.

"I really don't like her" I said glaring at my door way as will stood up "so what's the plan" will asked 'of course I have to think of something' I thought to myself. "let's gather a group of volunteers to go get the trucks and another to go to a gas station, I'm pretty sure we'll need gas" I replied also standing up.

"have everyone Meet in 10 minutes" I said I'm "I'll be down in a few" I continued. he nodded and left my room as I began to take the map I had off my desk and fold it up.

I then quickly walked down stairs and after 10 minutes everyone arrived in the living room. "ok Mel and I called this meeting because we need two groups of volunteers that consist of at least 6 people each, one group will be getting gas and the other will be getting the trucks. I'll be taking the group to get gas" will said "and I'll be taking the group that goes to get the trucks" i said "no one is being forced to go but remember we can't stay here forever, and to leave we need both the trucks and the gas" I continued.

"I'll go for the trucks" my brother said suddenly "you will?" I questioned "yeah I overheard your conversation earlier I assume you'll need more people who are good at fighting than anything" he replied "I'll go get gas" Jason said glaring at me "I'll come with for the gas too I've never been good at fighting" Sam said "I'm coming to get the trucks also" Lena said walking over to me.

"are you sure you've done so much already" I said "yes it is my job to protect you to after all even if you don't need it" she replied "can I come" Ava asked tugging on my shirt "I'm sorry Ava you're just a little too young we don't want you getting hurt" I told her and she nodded. "we just need three more people for each" well said

"I can help I'm not the best at fighting but I keep a gun on me so I'm good with those" I heard Alicia say "and who do you plan to go with?" I asked "I'll help with the trucks and Brandon will help get the gas" she said. "if someone's willing to watch Ava for me I can come along too" Laura said which I was honestly shocked by.

"it's no problem for me to watch her" Mae replied. "hi I'm Lisa and these three are Maria Antonio and Haley we're also willing to come" a girl apparently named Lisa spoke up "that's right me and Haley are good at fighting and Lisa and Maria are willing to go get gas" the person I assumed to be Antonio said.

"alright I guess that makes six for each of us" well said "everyone get ready and definitely bring weapons we'll all leave in an hour" I said as everyone began to leave the living room.

"you think this will go well" will ask "who knows we can only hope" I replied
