C13 CLUMSYNESS

MARISA'S POV

Another Monday is here again, and so the drill continues, prepare for school,take breakfast, take a cab to school, take classes, go to the cafeteria, have few more classes then return back home.

That's how every Monday is, the same old cycle over and over and over again, I'm just sick and tired. let's just hope today's a bit different, with the event that occurred last Friday, which sent a little goosebumps to my skin

I swallowed everything up and went to take a shower, hoping for a better today. I had to look different from what my mood , so I settled for a orange tank top which went with a white trouser pants and a black sneaker to go with.

Parker wasn't at the dining when I got down, so I presume he've already left and I'm as well late. Mum and Evie were the only ones on the dining

"Morning Mum" I said which drew her attention over to me

"I'm gonna go get cereal, I'm not in for Mac and cheese " Mum didn't reply me so I went over to the kitchen to serve myself, before going over to school

On reaching school, i couldn't find Taylor on her usual spot, so I presumed she must be out with her boyfriend Connor

'hmmmm love life, when would I ever experience you?' I soliloquized quietly before going over to get my books I'll use for Literature class

That's when I saw him, what should I call him, my ex crush? Nah, I'll just go with Freddy

I saw him but with no Tyler, I just got my books so I could get the hell outta here, but immediately i turned around to leave, I bumped into something fierce, it seemed hard but fleshy

So I thought what that might be while caressing my temple but on looking upwards, I paused my actions cause a shocked Tyler was standing right infront of me

"You stupidly bumped into Tyler" my subconsciousness yelled at me, which I really deserve

I immediately snapped back to reality on realizing that he's still right infront of me

"I'm so so sorry about that, it won't repeat it self again" he replied with a nod . I ran straight to class cause it was just few minutes to Literature

When I got there, thank gracious God he wasn't there yet but Taylor was already seated, so I sat next to her

"Hey bes, I didn't see you when I got back"

"Yea I was at my locker, getting my books but wait, you were with Connor right?" I asked but she smiled in return

"Yes we were out to get some snacks" just as I've thought

After we were done with classes for that morning, Taylor said I should meet her up in the cafeteria cause I wanted to use the restroom so I could clear off things in my head but restroom was in the other block upstairs so i had to climb up, as soon as on stepped on the third step I suddenly lost balance

I think I stepped on a slippery stuff like a banana peel or something and I was damn sure I was gonna fall cause I was already sliding downwards... But to my realization I didn't fall to the ground, rather I fell on something soft or is it someone...

I then perceived the cologne the person was wearing, which smelt like butterflies on roses, I got drawn to it immediately but on turning to see who it was, lo and behold Tyler was my savior, he saved me from falling

His grey eyes were magnificently beautiful as I stared above them, OMG what I just realized now is that, I'm in Tyler's arms like freaking Tyler Jackson's arms, I'm pretty sure most girls would murder me seeing me in this position, that thought alone made me recover from my mirage

"Ummm sorry, and thanks for saving me" I said timorously

"Next time try being more careful, cause that's alot of clumsyness for a day and I won't be there all the time " he said which was actually true... But this is actually my first time hearing his voice from a really close distance, gosh he has a really sweet, cute and charming voice .

I went down after I was done with the restroom

"What took you so long girl" Taylor asked as soon as I got to her seat

"Sorry it was just a little accident I got myself into" I said with a mouth full of burgers she had already got for me

"WHAT!!! Did to sustain any injury?" She panicked a bit

"No, actually I was saved by Tyler, I could've fall straight to the ground"

"OMG" she exclaimed again

"and you're saying it like it's nothing?"

"Cause it's nothing, what's it supposed to be before huh?"

"Of cause it's something, I mean who gets the opportunity to talk to Tyler, talk more of touching him"

"You're saying it as though he's some kinda god or something" The whole situation was already getting on my nerves

"Risa, he's like a god in Bayside that many girls would love to have to themselves"

"Well I'm not one of those girls, after my experience with Freddy I don't think I'm ready to take any more chances "

"Bes I think you should let go off this Freddy stuff and look somewhere else... Maybe Tyler?" She suggested

"hell no, don't try to take it that far" I interjected

"C'mon Risa think about" but she kept on with her persuasion

TYLER'S POV

I hurriedly left the music studio immediately Freddy called and told me it was time for lunch break, reason being that I didn't stay up for the last class cause I needed to record a song before the end of the day, which I could've done when I get home but I would be pretty tired by then

So I left to get lunch, but on reaching to the stairs I sighted someone tryna fall, I swiftly held her up without a second thought, immediately after my swift action I realized who it was... The same girl who bumped into me this morning, 'can someone be this clumsy?' I asked inwardly

"Next time try being more careful, cause that's alot of clumsyness for a day and I won't be there all the time" I told her before leaving, then took another route to the roof top cause that's where I and Freddy usually stay for lunch or to have a quite time away from all the crowd in school

"Hey bro, took you so long to get here wassup" he asked while giving me our signature bro shake

"Nothing much "

"Dude you look so fucked up, it's high time you find a girl and forget what Sharron did, it's been over two years now" he persuaded but I only listened and nod
