C19 She's pregnant

Ryker Luis Monterealez POV

I gasped at the nervous I was feeling. I'm currently driving to my father's comparator's house. He is asking for help for the case filed against with their company.

I wanted to take Zarie there, but she didn't want to. Honestly, I don't want to leave her, because I've been nervous for a while and I don't know why. My chest was pounding hard, like something bad was going to happen.

Tsk. I'm too paranoid.

I quickly read my father’s message when I saw his text.

I frowned when I read that my father's comparator's daughter would discuss the case with me in their company.

That bitch charlyn! I hate that bitch! Such a leech and annoying rat.

I didn't do anything but to follow him, so I just texted Charlyn that I would go to their house for the discussion of their company case. When I got to the village, I drove slowly and plugged the earphone in my ear when I saw my Father's call.

"Hello dad! I'm on my-"

"Son! Zarie is in the hospital!"

My whole world stopped at what I heard from him. I stiffened, and my mind went blank. My brain doesn’t want to process the things my father said.

N-no!

"Son! Come here."

With a trembling hands, I turned. I don’t know how I got to the hospital.

My eyes are red with the threatening tears.

No, n-no way, please save Zarie.

I quickly got to the Emergency room. My Mother sat and cried incessantly while my father stood and comforted her. I also saw Celia, the youngest maid in our house, crying while there were also several body guards on the side bent over.

"M-mom? D-dad?"

My mother stood up and hugged me tightly. I tried to remove her.

"M-mom? W-what happened?"

She was crying and shaking. I can't help but to also cry.

"I don't know, son. They just called me and said that they take Zarie to the hospital."

I looked at Celia, who was also crying. My vision darkened as my teeth gritted.

I don’t want to think that something bad will happen to Zarie. I can't afford it. I love her so much, I will die when I lose her. She is my life now, and I can't lose her.

I approached Celia, father held me, but I pulled him away.

"Son!"

I ignored him. "WHAT HAPPENED TO ZARIE ?!" I can't help but to raise my voice. They were startled by my shout and there was fear on their faces, but I didn't care. They are the ones I will kill when I lose Zarie. I even told them that they would give everything Zarie wanted. Don't neglect her, take care of her, and especially don't make her cry.

"DAMN IT! JUST ANSWER ME!"

They just bowed while Celia's face was full of tears.

"S-señorito, s-she fell in the swimming pool, and h-her head hit the corner."

I grabbed Celia by both arms and shook her. I don't care if she was hurt or the Zest-O she was holding falls. "DAMN IT, CELIA! DIDN'T I TELL YOU TO WATCH HER ?! WHY YOU DIDN'T DO?!"

She cried even more, but I didn't care. The culprit should pay.

"F-forgive me señorito, I-I'm sorry. I-I don't know that Ma'am Charlyn will come and fight Lady Zarie."

I let go of Celia, My mother approached Celia with a trace of anger on her face.

"What? That brat! She'll find what she's looking for."

I clenched my fist. Swallowed by the anger I feel. I was full of anger.

What right does she have to hurt my love.

"AHHHHHH!!!"

I kick the chairs next to me. "THAT BITCH! I WILL KILL HER, I WILL BREAK HER FUCKING BONES."

I kept kicking the chairs. I don’t care if it breaks. I poured out the anger I was feeling. Tired, I slowly sat down and started to cry.

Please lord! Save her, I don't want her to die and leave me like a floating dead. Please allow her to be with me, forever.

I stood up when I heard the door open and the doctor come out. We immediately approached him.

"D-doc? How's Zarie?"

He first adjusted the stethoscope to his neck before to speak. "She's safe now, General, we'll send her to a private room."

We took a deep breath, but I still didn’t lose my temper.

"I'm sorry if we took so long because we made sure that the baby would not be affected and safe."

We all sighed, I was stunned by the doctor and my lips parted at what he said. I was suddenly nervous for my baby.

B-baby?

I couldn't speak. My lips open, and I want to speak, but no voice comes out of my mouth. I was so grateful when my father spoke for me.

"She's pregnant, Doc?"

The doctor smiled broadly. "Yes! She's 5 weeks pregnant." The doctor turned to me. "Congratulations General, you are going to be a father. Make sure she would see her doctor for her checks up. She needs to be taken good care of because she is still in the delicate stage, and especially she can't be stress. I'll leave you first, once again! Congratulations." I nodded at him, still shocked by what we found out.

The silence that prevailed over us was broken after the doctor left when Celia spoke.

"Ah! That's why Lady Zarie wants me to buy her a Zest-O, because that's what she was craving for."

I look down at Zest-O that is now Celia's holding.

My throat was dry when I spoke. "She wants that?"

Zest-O?

"Yes, Señorito." She even bit her lip before speaking. "I bought her Zest-O because Lady Zarie cried when she found out that there was no Zest-O in the house, so I wasn't there when bruhilda came." She softened the last word, but it reached my ears. Yeah! That bruhilda.

I'm overwhelmed. "It's fine, Celia, and thank you for buying what Zarie wants. I'm sorry for what I did earlier." She smiled and nodded.

"I knew it!" I cringed when my mother spoke.

"Mom?"

"Oh? Did I mention that Zarie is pregnant? She vomited after eating spaghetti, so I have a suspicion. That's also the time you caught her crying in the kitchen."

I bit my lip so hard and closed my eyes tightly before laughing.

Damn! She's pregnant with my baby. She is carrying my own flesh and blood.

Now! Now! Now! Baby love, how is that? You can't really get rid of me anymore.

I smiled, you're really mine, Zarie.

I said goodbye to them and I told them that they would take care of Zarie. I will be going to take revenge to the person who is in arrears with me.

Coincidentally, Zarie and my future child might have perished.

I was numb with my hands. My face went dark. I felt my anger suddenly comes out.

When I got into their subdivision, I immediately went straight in.

"Gen-"

I ignored my father's comparator's, instead I went straight to the woman leech who was now pale.

"R-ryker it was an accident-" I didn't make her finish to speak, instead I slapped her hard, that's why she cried, but I didn't care. I even heard Mr. Fernandez shout.

"JUST BE THANKFUL AND THAT'S ALL YOU GOT FROM ME BECAUSE IF SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN TO MY CHILD AND TO ZARIE I WILL KILL YOU. DON'T YOU DARE COME NEAR THEM OR EVEN IN MY SIGHT BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER LIKE WHAT I CAN DO TO YOU." She sobbed and nodded. I confronted Mr. Fernandez and hardly spoke. "We're sorry Mr. Fernandez, you can't expect a help from me and to my family."

I left the place I had designated by what I hated.

I rested deeply.

Now, it's time to see my baby love. She is my cure for all my anger. My medicine.
