C21 Arrest

Harieth Zarie Fedencio POV

My eyebrows met when I heard crashes from the living room. I was in a hurry to get there. I was nervous about something I didn’t know.

I was shocked when so many soldiers and police appeared in the living room.

"You're just here!" I was stunned when someone spoke behind me.

I turned to face him, my lips parted when I remembered him.

He's the man who came to me before! The man who approached me in the police camp.

"W-what do you need?" I was horrified when they started surrounding me. The man in front of me grinned and saluted.

"Hi! I'm Police Major General, Arnold Reyvien Alcante. We have been ordered to arrest you for conspiring with Kenie Fedencio in the crime of theft. You have the right to remain silent. Any statement you make may be used for or against you in any court of law. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to hire your own lawyer, so you can do nothing and be forever imprisoned."

My mouth opened, but no words came out. I was stunned by the man with the big grin in front of me. Fear gripped me as he stepped forward in my place. I suddenly stepped back, that's why he stopped.

"W-what are you s-saying?"

I said it with confusion, panicked, anxious, apprehensive, and above of all is afraid. I don’t know, but I suddenly trembled with fear.

What are they saying. I don't understand them.

He scratched his head so hard. "Miss Zarie, just come with us safely."

I stepped backward again. "I-I'm not going with you."

"Miss Zarie, just come with us. Do you want to beat kenie? If you don't come with us, he will be damned."

I sobbed. "S-steal? My brother isn't a thief! Take that back."

He was suddenly so upset, that's why my forehead frowned. I even heard what he said with anxiety.

"Shit! The general might kill me for this."

When I remembered Ryker, I took courage.

"I-I'll talk to Ryker. I'll call him."

He ruffled his hair as if he was in trouble. He also looked straight at the watch in his left hand. "Haist ... Miss Zarie ... it's the General who handed you over. Just come with us so that kenie won't get hurt."

Ryker handed me over? Over us?

No! That is not true. Ryker can’t do this to me. He is lying.

"Miss Zarie, come on. It's a waste of time, General will scold me."

When he approached, I had a chance to push him, so he lost his balance and fell down. I took the opportunity to run out. I even heard him shout my name.

"MISS ZARIE! PLEASE DON'T RUN. YOU AND YOUR BABY MIGHT BE DAMNED!"

I ignored him, instead I hurriedly ran to get out of the house.

"SHIT! PURSUIT HER .... MAKE SURE SHE WON'T RECIEVE SCRATCHES OR EVEN WOUNDS, OR ELSE! GENERAL WILL KILL US."

I sighed when I opened the main door. My lips parted in shock and my knees softened. The Battalion of Police looked at me. They were scattered all around.

I was startled when someone took my hands and handcuffed me. I burst into tears.

"RELEASE ME! I'M NOT GUILTY! PLEASE, RELEASE ME." I struggled with him.

I don’t know why people disappeared here at the mansion. Even Celia is gone too. I only saw soldiers and police.

"Miss Zarie come on, please ..."

"I don't want to! Let me go." I forcefully remove the handcuffs on my hand. I don’t care if they hurt anymore.

"Come on."

A white car parked in front of us, and I was forced to get in.

Did Ryker really do it? I don't believe it. I trust him, and he can’t do this to me.

I know, he can't do it. Ryker had a word and other than that my brother and I didn’t really do something wrong.

"Miss Zarie, don't cry, please? We're not going to do anything bad to you. We've just been instructed."

I just nodded at him and sobbed profusely.

"Wait Jude! Park first at 7/11, I'll just buy Miss Zarie some food."

The car stopped in front of it. When Major Arnold, who had introduced himself earlier, got down, I looked around. There are five police cars followed us. I looked ahead and behind to see if they were looking at my side. When they weren’t looking, I took a deep breath and bowed while silently opening the backseat door. When I got out I bent down and slowly went to the side of the alley of 7/11 and when I got in there I was overjoyed. I leaned against the wall so that I could not be seen.

"CRAZY PEOPLE! MISS ZARIE IS LOST! FIND HER ..... WE WILL BE BEATEN BY WHAT YOU ARE ALL DOING. THERE ARE SO MANY OF YOU AND YET YOU CAN'T GUARD HER."

I was nervous when Major Arnold shouted.

I closed my eyes tightly so as not to be seen and when I opened my eyes I even cried out in shock when the driver named Jude suddenly appeared in front of me.

He sighed and then winced, "M-miss Zarie, come on."

I bowed in tears. I nodded as tears flowed unceasingly.

I ignored the food Major Arnold provided. Nothing happened throughout the trip. I even looked ahead when I saw the big sign with the WELCOME TO MONTEREALEZ WEST HACIENDA on top of this iron.

When I got out of the car, I was amazed at the beauty of the surroundings. On the seaside is a large Mansion. My eyes widened when I saw a large statue of Zest-O at the entrance of the mansion.

Seriously?

Statue of Zest-O?

I can’t believe I see the huge statue of Zest-O, take note! Not just one but eighteen statues of Zest-O.

How did Zest-O get statues?

I was still shocked until someone sneezed behind me. I was able to see who this person was.

"Y-you?" I asked in shock.
