"Thanks for making it home in time for dinner" Paige thanked me as I walked into her room.

"You don't need to thank me, I owe it to you all to be home for dinner, and from now on, I promise to be home on time for dinner, any day I have extra work I will either bring it home or postpone it, Family first always " I promised.

"Thank you, this will mean a lot to the kids" She replied
