C11 Looking Different

"What was that all about" Cindy asked as soon as Rhea got close to her.

"It's nothing, he just mistook you for someone" She answered.

" Wow,I thought as much because he kept staring at me like he had seen me before" Cindy responded.

" Yeah I noticed, he said you reminded him of a friend he met in California "

"California? She laughed , but I have never been to California" .

" That's what I said to him and he left but did you notice anything about him" Rhea inquired.

"Anything? Like what exactly? She questioned.

" Like his harsh and bossy Aura"

"Yeah, he reminded me of Damien only that he looked more dangerous and Damien is more handsome" Cindy answered.

"You think he could be the right one? Rhea asked with a grin on her face.

" Hope it's not what am thinking ?" She asked ignoring her question.

"Depends on what your thinking Cindy" she answered.

" That guy has no respect for ladies and your already catching feelings?" Cindy said.

" I also don't have respect for guys" she defended.

"Wow, your just so impossible Rhea " answered Cindy eyeing her .

She was about to reply her when they heard a call, they turned to the direction of the voice to meet the face of the hair stylist.

" We would discuss this at home " concluded Cindy as she grabbed her purse and walked to meet the hair stylist with Rhea following closely.

"I need something new and different, something that I won't be recognized with" Cindy said as soon as she sat down close to the hair stylist.

" That's strange, am sorry we don't do that" the hair stylist replied.

"Hold on Cindy, I will take care of this" Rhea said.

" Here take some cash, my friend wants a total makeover because she suspects her boyfriend of cheating on her so she wants to appear as another girl to confirm " Rhea lied handing her some money secretly.

"Okay that's no problem, I will be back" she answered, collecting the cash and going Inside to what looked like an office.

" What was that for?" Cindy asked immediately the hair stylist left.

"Your welcome" answered Cindy.

" Your offering her a bribe, you could be arrested"

" She's receiving a bribe, she could also be arrested "

" What will I ever do without you" Cindy asked.

" Nothing, am your true source of happiness " she answered.

" Yeah, that's true " Cindy confirmed.

The hair stylist came out after some minutes with a box and handed it over to Cindy .

" What's this?" She asked.

"It's a box of face mask, once you wear it, it hides your face colour and makes you appear different" the hair stylist explained.

" Wow, that's perfect, so what are we going to do about her hair?" Rhea asked .

" I will apply a conditioner of another colour " She answered.

"I don't want to change my hair color " Cindy retorted.

" Hold on, am not done yet, the colour will only last till you wash it away, that means once you wash your hair the colour aromatically washes away" the hair stylist explained.

" That's perfect, so can she start now?"Rhea asked.

" Yes of course, just follow me" she answered leading the way to the office she came out from.

"Cindy, I will leave you here, I have some work to do" Rhea muttered.

" It's no problem ,thanks for your help girl and I will call you when am done "she said as she hugged her.

Rhea took some cash from her friend's purse secretly and walked out of the salon to get a taxi because she didn't have her own car.

After One and half hour of complete makeover, Cindy came out looking very different, from her expression when she looked at the mirror you could tell she didn't even recognize herself.

" Wow, i love this , thanks so much" she appreciated with a smile.

" Your welcome, that's our top priority ma'am" the hair stylist responded.

"Am glad to hear that, here is my card" Cindy said giving her the credit card.

The hair stylist collected it and started the payment process.

Cindy glanced her watch and shouted when she saw the time.

" It was already 2:30, she just had 30 more minutes".

She hurried up the hair stylist and left the salon immediately she took her card.

She entered her car and drove off while she made a call to Rhea.

The call went through and she said immediately,

" Rhea, am late "

"Late for shopping or what?" She asked over the phone.

"Shopping? Rhea was right , she had not even gone to get new clothes ".

"I have not gone to get new clothes, Rhea am so confused, I really don't know what to do" Cindy cried out.

" Calm down Cindy, don't put yourself under tension, here is what we are going to do,am at the third driveway so you can meet me up there" She said trying to calm her down with a light voice.

" Alright am on my way" Cindy answered as she ended the call .

She drove as fast as she could and saw Rhea already waiting for her at the third driveway , she had to wave for her to come over.

"You look better than you sounded on phone" Rhea said as soon as she got to where the car was.

" Yeah, I had to put myself in order while driving" Cindy explained.

" Alright, just keep yourself in check and please try to control your anger when you see him okay?" She advised lightly.

" Yeah, I will try, here is the car key , I will call you when am done" .

" Alright Cindy "

" No, don't call me Cindy, from now onwards am Alexia Bachman " she whispered.

" Alright Alexia Bachman, good luck to you and please don't forget to control your emotions especially your Anger" Rhea said.

" Yes ma'am " answered Cindy as she laughed heartily.

Rhea got into the car and rode off, silently she prayed Rhea drove slowly because she was a crazy driver.

After the car got out of sight, she walked up to the building which she assumed was Mr. Axl's office.

It read "The Chester's Enterprise"...
