C4 It's a deal

She sat down quietly not knowing what to do as she thought of everything that had happened still trembling hard as tears dropped down her eyes as she remembered her past.

" Who was this man? and He mentioned something about her sister".

Maybe her sister wasn't dead as she thought.

She got up to search for her phone.

" She could call him, what was his name again?"

"...Mr Da...mien, yes Mr. Damien ".

He could tell her where she could find her sister but one thing still remained a mystery.

"How did he know she was assaulted?"

She could swear that nobody knew about it unless he was responsible for it.

Lots of thoughts ran through her head and the only way to find out the truth was to give him a Call.

She found her phone on the dinning table and brought out the envelope to find his contact, after several attempts of searching for the contact she found it at the back of the envelope.

Dialing the number she felt really anxious and scared but her curiosity overpowered her anxiousness and within seconds the call went through and she found herself saying,

"Hello, Mr. Damien".

" I expected your call about 8 minutes ago,I will send you an address meet me there immediately"

The caller said and hung up immediately.

" What insolence!"she shouted biting her lower lips in anger as she rolled her right palm into a fist.

" I will surely teach him a lesson".

Entering her room , she grabbed a jacket and her purse and made to leave the house.

Outside, the weather was cold as expected of the winter season. She ensured the doors and locks were in place before driving out to nowhere in particular.

Her phone beeped and she guessed it was the address. Her guess was correct and the address was her favourite club.

"Damn, this guy is driving me crazy" she cried out in agony.

She had actually taken a different route and was driving southeast to a coffee shop while the club was at the heart of the city.

"I surely going to teach him a lesson for turning me round town like a child"she swore.

She carefully reversed and turned northward heading for " Night pacific club".

The drive was smooth and she got there within 15 minutes.

She entered and saw him at the edge of the room, the club was not filled at all, just three or four fellows drinking and smoking.

She walked up to him and to her surprise she didn't feel angry at him instead she admired his youthful appearances. He still wore the same clothes he had on earlier but it didn't hinder his handsomeness.

As she got close he looked up and smiled,

" My dear Cindy"he stood up as he walked up to her for a hug but her expression showed other wise and he decided to maintain a good composure.

" How do you know so much about me?" She asked as soon as she sat down

He didn't answer instead he offered her a pipe to smoke from. She opened her purse and brought out a pack of cigarettes showing it to him.

"Smart girl, I love your guts" he said licking his lower lips which irritated Cindy.

"Let's,get down to business by telling me about my sister" she sounded bossy and she liked it , she always wanted to control men.

"Information about your sister will be communicated to you but for now you will have to take over Mr.Axl's wealth " He said as he smoked from the pipe in front of him.

" I still don't understand ".

" It's a tit for tart Cindy, you give me Mr.Axl's wealth and then I give you the whereabouts of your only sister" He said with much emphasis on " only sister".

" So my sister is alive" she asked almost at the verge of tears .

" Not just alive, she's hale and hearty" He answered mockingly.

"How sure am I that Mr. Axl's going to fall for me" she asked but soon regretted it because she knew no guy could ever resist her seductive looks.

"I can't do this at all...It's not right" she continued,

Mr Damien gave out a mocking laughter and spoke up,

"So it was right when he assaulted you?? Without allowing the words to sink he continued.

" ...I thought you wanted to take revenge for your assault " looking at her face he could see anger written allover and he was pleased because that's all he wanted.

"I am Axl's brother and I knew everything that happened on that day because he told me " ,pouring the remaining whiskey into his glass cup he continued,

"Axl told me everything and that was how I researched about you and discovered all the information I have and to be honest Axl doesn't regret any of his actions at all, that's why I want you to teach him a lesson" He said as he drank the remaining whisky studying her expression carefully.

"Aren't you scared that am going to hurt your brother?" She asked quietly.

" He deserves it for being my enemy"He responded with a mischievous smile .

"Am ready, but you must keep your own side of the deal by giving me the whereabouts of my sister " she said expecting an answer.

" I keep to my words dear Cindy"

" Expect my call in the next 24 hours" Cindy whispered as she got up and left with anger all over her face. One could tell she felt much hatred and agony.

" So what do you think Bennett?" He asked as a guy popped out from the next table. It look like he had been there all along and had listened to their conversation

" She looked bold and confident Boss plus the anger she felt for Mr. Axl would make your plan work " Bennett responded.

" Am a cunning genius" Damien yelled attracting the stares from two or three individuals.

"Why did you have to lie to her boss? You know your not related to Mr. Axl" .

" Sometimes Bennett we have to lie to accomplish a task , understand?" He nodded, He was Damien' s confident and he knew Damien could go to any length to make his plans works.

"What if she finds out that Mr. Axl is her sister's husband?"Bennett inquired.

" Then we watch the drama that unfolds" He laughed mockingly wishing he would be privileged to see that day.
