I woke up from the blaring sound of my alarm. I looked up in annoyance. It's already 6:30 a.m. Shit! I'm late. My mother was already shouting at at me to get downstairs. I hurriedly went to the washroom. I quickly showered and put on my clothes.

I wore a white shirt and an old fashioned jeans with delicate embroidery. The blooming flowers seemed to smell the fragrance, and the life like butterflies seemed to able to fly out of the pattern in the next second. Such exquisite embroidery was embedded on an old fashioned paired jeans, which was inevitably regrettable. But my mom refused to threw this old jeans and instead of throwing it out she embedded on it. She is a very good designer. And moreover she loves to save money. But she refused to work outside only for our family.

Although I was looking quite good. So that all matters. And today is the day of our assignment's presentation. We have to play some characters. We had received this notice yesterday. We just have to act on a scene. It was just a simple short scene. But we both didn't practice that much. But we hoped it would go good. I went to downstairs and start having breakfast.

"Sweetie! Finish your breakfast. " My mom glared at me.

"But mom, I'm full. " I protested.

"If you don't finish I'll not let you go. " My mom threatened. ARGH! She knew how to blackmail me.

"Don't make that face to your mother. " My mom said looking at my pouted face. "Anyway make space in your room. "

"Why, mamma?" I asked. "If you're gonna invite that troublesome kids of your cousin's in this house then sorry I'm not gonna share my room with those freaking brats" I retorted.

"Language, Young lady. I'm noticing your tounge has become too sharp nowadays. And they've names. Their names are June & July. Stop calling them freaking brats. " My mom glared at me.

Then she added, " Anyway June & July is not coming. Alex is coming to pay us a visit. "

"Tomboy?? Tomboy is coming??? You're not joking mom, right?" I asked to be confirmed.

"Silly girl. Why will mom joke to you? Of course Alex is coming. She's is coming next week. " My dad replied.

"YAHOO!!! YES!!!! WE'RE GONNA HAVE LOTS OF FUN." I exclaimed with joy.

"First finish your breakfast. I love that girl. She had not visited us since she was ten. I really miss her having around." My mom said.

"Yeah! Though we visited them last year but they didn't visit us for a long time. " My dad sighed.

"Won't Uncle & Auntie visit us?" I asked.

"No. They've some problems to deal with. That's why they are gonna leave Alex here. " Dad replied.

I was gonna ask some more questions about her. But my phone started to ring. I disconnected the call for a few times. But it started to ring continuously. Which idiot is calling me now? I irritatingly answered," What?"

"Hachoo!" I heard a sneeze first. Then huge screaming voice are ringing from my phone.

"MARS! HOW DARE YOU CURSE ME?? I'M STANDING OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE FOR MORE THAN HALF HOUR. AND YOU DARE TO REJECT MY CALLS AND CALLING ME NAMES. YOU WAIT! TODAY I'M REALLY GONNA LEAVE YOU BEHIND." Serena's voice made me deaf for a few minutes.

"Siren!! I'm sorry. I didn't noticed. I'm coming out right now. " I immediately stated. I quickly bade my parents goodbye and hurriedly left from there.

I quickly got into the car. Siren was cursing me heavily. I had to endure her for the rest of my trip.

"Siren, you know Alex is coming to meet me? " I said.

"What Alexis Nance?? Your tomboy cousin??" She exclaimed. God! Finally she stopped barking.

"Yes, she's visiting us next week. And she's really cool. I can't wait to introduce you two. She's like a firework, man. " I retorted.

"I had heard a lot about her from you two.... I also can't wait to meet her. " Serena said.

"You two??? "I asked.

"You and Ray, stupid?" Serena answered shyly.

"I understand. But when did you and Ray talked?? As far as I know you're always with me. I never heard your two talking about her. " I asked.

"Oh! God! Mars!! You're too picky. I had once heard him talking about Alex with you. You're so forgetful. " She immediately replied as she was a thief who has just got caught. I didn't pay attention to it.

"Yeah. Maybe. I didn't notice. I'm really sleepy, Siren. Can I sleep now. I had to work a lot last night on the assignment. So my sleep was not filled." I stated sleepily.

"Ow! Mars! Show me your assignment. I wanna see your work. "

Serena told me.

"It's on the second chain of my bag. Take it from there. I wanna sleep now. " I said lazily and started to fall asleep.

"Okay. Thanks. " She answered with a devilish grin..

I started to land in Dreamland again. I saw a beautiful dream. In the dream I saw a beautiful garden. It was full of colourful flowers and different birds. I was walking there with someone whose face is blurry. I felt so happy with him. I was jumping, clapping and dancing with him. I wanted to see his face. But I couldn't. A beautiful chilly breeze made me shiver. The moment I would see his face I heard someone's snapping voice. And everything was gone.

"Mars! Wake up!! We're already late. Wake up!!!!"

"What happened??" I said rubbing my eyes.

"Sleepy head!! We're already fifteen minutes late. If you don't go now your and Zakhar's assignment will have no meaning. YOU TWO WILL FAIL!!!!" Serena shputed.

"WHAT!!! FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE!!! MR. CROKE WILL GIVE US A YEAR OF DETENTION. RUN!!!" I hurriedly started to marathon with Siren. I was praying that our drama has not been started yet. Otherwise I'll be killed by both Zakhar and Mr. Croke.
