C13 Chapter 13

A dull ache throbbed through Aria’s head.

Her body felt heavy… numb… like it didn’t belong to her.

A soft groan slipped past her lips as her lashes fluttered open.

Everything was blurry at first then and she felt dizzy and nauseous.

Her breathing quickened as the aftereffects of the sedative hit her hard.

“What… happened…?” she whispered weakly
