The sea at the borders of the State of Gansu was a vast place, surrounded by many islands and shallow bays. Among them was an island called Walnut, which was close to the shallow bays. It was not under the jurisdiction of any country, and the people of the island lived a life of fishing, with very little contact with the outside world, and very few ships were moored in the shallow bay
