The arrow was called the hook fish arrow, and was specially crafted by the Ghost Army. It was meant for the hook fish, i.e., the arrow, to explode upon encountering resistance, and thus, to change the direction of the arrow. The hook would pierce through the opponent's lower forehead or ribs either way, like a fish hooked onto a fish.

It was a rather cruel weapon
