C4 Chapter Four

"What was that all about?" Kira asked when they had entered the car and they were on their way home..

"What was what?" Chase asked

"The stuff you did out there? Paying those guys to avoid me as if you own me" Kira said

"You're my bodyguard so I practically own you" Chase said

"What? Are you crazy? No one owns me okay... You were just being a show off out there! You shared five hundred dollars to over thirty boys out there" Kira said turning back to look at Chase from the front seat.

Chase moves his head closer as his face was inches away from kira's

"Well,do you want those boys to disturb you? There'll drool over you and follow you around...do you want that?" Chase asked

Kira realizes their closeness and her cheeks suddenly turns red as she looks forward

"I didn't say I want that... It's just..five hundred dollars is just too much,there was no need to share that amount of money and that money would have being enough for me to..." Kira said

"I just didn't want you to lose your focus and get distracted..I only want you to focus on me and if you worried about the money, I can give you more" Chase said

"There's no need for that sir...but" Kira said

"Anyways you saw the number of assignments the teachers gave us right? Save your energy because you're gonna be up all night doing it" Chase said

"What the!! There's no way I'm doing your assignments for you... I'm your bodyguard not your personal teacher" Kira said

"Well my brain needs protection,so you'll have to protect it and oh I never knew you wanted to become my personal teacher although I would have really liked that but it's not too late to apply now"Chase said

Kira signs.

Kira POV

I actually thought chase was joking when he said he'll give me his assignments..

But I found myself staying up all night doing his assignments!!

And i also realized that chase hardly did his assignments by himself,he was always paying someone to do it for him...such a rich brat!! He's just being lazy.

I had no other choice but to obey him because he was making a big fuss about it... And I didn't have any chance to search the house.

Which means a day slower in my mission..I have to stop playing around and mean business now.

I and chase got to school and he casually came out of the car dressed like a prince while I looked miserable due to lack of sleep

I could see how girls were drooling over him again as he walked elegantly down the hallway...well I don't blame them, who wouldn't drool over him, he's the definition of perfection.

Focus Kira! You're supposed to be upset not praise his features.

I saw Damina walking towards him in a short girly designer skirt and a designer jacket flipping her hair around....I wonder what drama she's here to act now.

"Hello chase...you look good this morning" Damina said acting cutely

"I know..I always look great, no need to remind me" Chase said proudly and walked away

Well he's surely cocky about his looks.

Even in class, Damina was all over chase acting all cute and girly in front of him.

I was walking along the hallway looking around for the library when a hand suddenly pulled me to an empty classroom

Damien pressed me against a wall and trapped me between his arms

"What sort of joke is this Damien? I think it was not only your arm that was affected but also your brain so go and bandage it up" I said

"Now that's what I like about you...so sassy, feisty,hot and certainly attractive... Don't worry I forgive what you did to me yesterday, let's just forget about everything and enjoy each other's presence" Damien said

"You know I can easily kick your ass and walk away from here, don't you?" I said crossing my arms

"If you could, you would have done it already" Damien said

Curse it! I'm trying to control myself from hitting this boy so badly right now... I'm losing every ion of patience

I was just about to push him away when chase walked in

"Kira? What are you doing here? I've being looking all over for you and you're with Damien?" Chase said looking heartbroken

Damien let go of me before I could push him

"Poor boy! Are you feeling heartbroken already... don't be, we were just about to get in the act when your lousy self interrupted us" Damien said winking at me and walked out.

What just happened?!! Did Damien just say that so that chase can have wrong thoughts...

"Sir.... it's not what you think" I said

The sadness in his eyes were killing me already

"Chase... please just talk to me" I said

I felt hurt and guilty as he stared at me with sadness in his beautiful eyes..

"Wow.." he said chuckling dryly.

He then continued "I've being looking for my bodyguard everywhere not knowing she was here... making out"

"Chase none of that was happening...and I find it insulting that you think lowly of me that I can actually be making out with that idiot... Damien" I said

"Who knows? After all I don't even know you" Chase said and I swore I could see his eyes becoming teary before he walked out.

Great! Now I'm in a mess.. I could have just kicked Damien's ass and get out of here but I didn't wanna hit him because he was in no way a threat to me and that was a policy my dad thought me.

He taught me to never hit anyone just because I felt like it unless I feel threatened.

I heard clapping of hands as I turned to see Damina smirking

"Poor poor girl, all because of you my chase is upset but don't worry I'll console him" She said

"Then what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be busy consoling him right now?" I asked as she seemed surprised at my outburst

She clicked her teeth and said "I must say I admire your courage and boldness but......you showed it to the wrong person, I call the shots around this school so don't you think you should be more careful? Hmm you know as in watch your back from now on..."

I left the empty classroom without waiting for her to finish..

I just need to find chase.

Chase POV

I was looking around for Kira when Damina came and held my hands pleading for me to give her a chance..

"Damina! I said let me go...we both wanted this relationship to end so why are you pleading?" I said

"Because I realize that you're the one I truly love...I want you and only you chase, please give me a chance... please just once" Damina said trying to plead with puppy eyes

I ignored her and continued my search and then I found an empty classroom door opened...

I entered and surprisingly met Damien and kira in an intimate position

I couldn't help but feel hurt then I walked out.

How dare she do this to me?

But why am I fucking upset and jealous about it?
