***Linda Wells’ POV***

As I drive away from Mitch’s house, I do not make any attempt to wipe away the trail that the tears left on my face. I just drive in silence with the windows rolled down.

What was the point of even going over to his place? He’s not going to change his mind!

He claims that he loves me but if he truly did, he wouldn’t have been forcing me to be with him
