C14 Surprise

They set out in the morning, out of the Imperial City, and ate a quick meal in the woods at noon, and arrived at dusk.

Even after entering the Sunset City, it took another ten minutes or so before they arrived at a corner. An unremarkable teahouse stood in a corner. The simple and unadorned bricks and tiles piqued Chen Yu's interest.

Moh Feng said that the Sunset Pavilion had a high reputation and strength in the entire world. Every member of the Sunset Pavilion was one of the best in their respective occupations. Even if they didn't practice martial arts, they still had an extremely intelligent mind.

Chen Yu didn't reject accepting new 'knowledge'. He indeed didn't understand this world, but fortunately, there was a prince on the "path" next to him.

"I'll give you a surprise later." Moh Feng got off the carriage and reached out his hand to Chen Yu.

Chen Yu nodded. Ever since Moh Feng saw that he could not stand the headdress, he did not ask the maid to wear it for him. Therefore, he was very relaxed. He gave his hand to Moh Feng but did not need Moh Feng's help.

It was already dusk. The lights in the Sunset Pavilion had already been lit. A young man dressed in coarse clothes opened the door. He saw Moh Feng and then looked at Chen Yu. Laughing: "Please go ahead. The others will wait. We will invite you in when our young pavilion master comes down."

The guards were all shocked. How could this be? Just as they were about to speak, Moh Feng waved his hand and pulled Chen Yu in.

There were only two oil lamps lit in the teahouse. Chen Yu looked around and saw that the young man had stopped in his tracks. Small knives flew out from all directions in an instant.

Moh Feng frowned. As soon as he moved, Chen Yu released his hand. He took off his coat and threw it around. He shook off all the small knives. However, Chen Yu did not let out a sigh of relief. After throwing away his clothes, he saw several people rushing towards him with knives in their hands. Chen Yu picked up a knife and was about to go up, but Moh Feng's eyes flashed with a cold light.

Bang!

Chen Yu felt his feet shake. Those people could no longer stand steadily, so he immediately went up to fight with them.

Moh Feng did not go forward. His pair of eyes carried a cold air as he patrolled the surroundings. He saw five people flip down from the second floor and rush towards Chen Yu, who was fighting.

Not good!

Moh Feng finally started to move, but he heard a pleasant female voice shout, "All of you, hold your hands!"

... "Young, Young Madam?!"

Sister?! Chen Yu felt surprised and stopped at the same time. He turned around and stood beside Moh Feng. Moh Feng lowered his head to look at him. Only after confirming that he was not injured did he raise his head again.

The girl quickly walked down from the second floor. She was wearing red clothes. She quickly walked to Chen Yu and turned around to glare at those people. "Didn't I say no?"

... "Young Madam, this is what Young House Master meant..."

The girl gritted her teeth and stood in front of Chen Yu. "Alright, if you want to hurt my brother, kill me first!"

"This..." The teenagers looked troubled. This was the young lady...

"Alright, Big Sister." Chen Yu went up and pulled Chen Wan's sleeves. He smiled at his sister, "I'm fine."

It was this smile that almost made Moh Feng lose his soul. He shook his head and said to the second floor, "You really don't deserve it."

Chen Yu followed Moh Feng's gaze and looked up. He saw a man in noble clothes walk down the stairs and walk to Chen Wan's side. He waved his hand to let those people put down their weapons. Then he said to Chen Wan with a sullen face, "I know I was wrong."

"He is my brother." Chen Wan pouted. Chen Yu looked at this man from head to toe. He was the young master of Sunset Pavilion, Lo Zheng, and also his brother-in-law.

"I know. I thought the Third Prince would protect him." Lo Zheng looked at Moh Feng behind him. Moh Feng also looked up at him with a helpless expression.

What was this Lo Zheng? Was he trying to make Yu's sister disagree with him?

Lo Zheng was also a martial artist. It was impossible for him not to feel Moh Feng's shock just now. It was definitely intentional!

"Sister, actually, I was the one who forced myself." Chen Yu lowered his head and used a coquettish voice to call Chen Wan and pull her sleeves. In front of Big Sister, he had to pretend to be obedient, sensible, and weak. This made Moh Feng a little sad. Why was Yu like this? There was a difference in treatment.

Chen Wan turned back and criticized him. Moh Feng glared at Lo Zheng. When Lo Zheng faced him, he did not look at Chen Wan's wife. He just smiled and said, "Then please go upstairs. I offended you just now to confirm your identities."

They were both martial artists, cultivating source spirits, and also cold source spirits. He naturally felt that Moh Feng had been protecting Chen Yu, but he did not want Chen Wan to have a good impression of his former love rival.

After the few of them went up to the second floor, the people outside also came in. When the guards saw Moh Feng greeting them on the second floor, they let out a sigh of relief. A guard also jumped down from the Guoyue in his arms and ran up to the second floor.

Chen Yu responded to his sister's instructions. He knew that his sister was really worried about him, so he used the guarantee of Chen Wan's safety as one of the conditions to help Moh Feng ascend the throne.

The Guoyue suddenly jumped up and ran into his arms. Chen Yu lowered his head and rubbed against it. He said in a low voice, "Be good, don't mess around. They are talking about something." As he spoke, he raised his head and looked at Moh Feng, who was discussing something with Lo Zheng.

Moh Feng was very serious now. He frowned and his eyes were cold. Compared to Lo Zheng, who had exposed his wife's nature in front of Chen Wan and Chen Wan, he was way too cold.

In fact, he was very similar to Moh Feng.

Chen Yu hugged the Guoyue to play with Chen Wan's cat, but his eyes were on Moh Feng.

Actually, this kind of man was not bad.

"Yu finally stopped being as straight as a steel pipe...
